Member I’d ending in 5445 This young lady was so rude. Snatched my money out of my hand and Aggressively drop my change in my hand. I also asked for my receipt when she didn’t provide it to me. She shrugged her shoulders and said I will have to wait for a re-print took her sweet time where she organize cigarettes.

For the second time this week, I came to the store to load money on my card and make some purchases. A sign on the door said be back in 15 minutes. The cashier told me 30 minutes and they would be open, the cashier was counting a drawer. It was 915 at night. I don't know policy, but to turn customers away from a supposed 24/7 location. Isn't smart business.

Cashier Erica gripe and complain about her boss was riding her for not doing her job the whole time I was in there completely unprofessional very loud and cursing constantly if she's disgruntled with her employer she should take it up with them not complain to the customers

I have been going to this 711 since it opened. There is one guy there named Chad that must work 70 hours a week. He is fast, super courteous, always recognizes me even with a mask on and makes this a special store. I have seen him run 2 cash registers, process a lottery ticket and wipe down the counter while catching a shop lifter. He always has a nice word to say. If I owned a convenience store, he wouldn’t be working for me, he would be working with me. If he’s not working the register, he’s mopping the floor or making sure that the shelves are not just stocked, but stocked with military precision. This man is a credit to the 711 franchise and is an example of a true professional in a field that so many people take for granted. He is a man that the owners should be proud to have on board. One last comment, during this time of Chibola virus, he is the only employee that consistently wears PPE and that makes me feel that he cares about not only the store, but the safety of the customers. Thank you.
