Had a catering order delivered for a birthday party and was surprised at house small the mini jimmys were. I would’ve been better off just buying a bunch of regular subs and paid the same price. The sandwiches didn’t taste very good either, unsure about the ingredients. I gave 3 stars because the driver was on time and nice, and the order was accurate. Would probably not cater with them again.

Although I've for sure had a better sub, I've never have I had a bad sandwich from here. I look forward to eating there every chance I get. Yes, it's a bit boring of a sandwich, but if your handing me my sandwich before I even finish paying, then I have plenty of times I could use a quick bite. And I get it, any more options than they have and I don't think they'd be able to pull off the fastest sandwich in the West thing they have going on. But really, crazy fast. And they are honestly awesome people at the countryside store. Thanks for making me feel welcome in my own industry, which is hard to do!.

45 minute wait for delivery and less than a mile away? Check this out. I got confirmation with my order number in email and "ASAP" delivery at 7:47 P.M. I look at the time and it's 8 P.M. I think to myself "they're probably busy I'll give it a couple more minutes". No big deal, I understand businesses get busy. It finally comes to 8:25 P.M. 40 minutes later. No calls, no sandwich. I call the location and told them I haven't heard anything 45 minutes after I ordered. I was then told "I was just trying to call you to let you know", no apology or anything other than that. I told them to cancel my order and refund the money that I already prepaid and tipped. Oh, and I'm only 0.8 miles away.

Thanks Jimmy John's crew for cranking out the dollar subs for customer appreciation day in May. Huge lines but with all hands on deck and being well organized it still was a Freaky Fast experience. Love it. Thanks again. FYI I originally went to Gulf to Bay but the line didn't move. So glad I thought to come here.

I generally go to the JJ on Gulf to Bay (GTB), but decided to try this one as it's closer to home. I ordered a sandwich and water to drink. When I reached for a small water glass, the person at the register said I could take a larger cup if I wanted. I did and when I got the sandwich and checked the bill, I found he charged me $0.25 for the larger water cup. I complained that I had not been told there was a charge for the larger cup. I was refunded the quarter, but there was no excuse or apology. Also, I noticed there was less to the sandwich than the ones at GTB. There seemed to be less of every ingredient. I will be going to the GTB store from now on when I want a JJ sandwich. Too bad since the store seems to be lacking customers it makes no sense to drive them away.
