Ordered a water and got an ice block half the size of the cup...how does that even happen with ice from an ice machine? Apple pie has residue from an old sticker being pealed off of it and a new one put on. So God only knows how old this thing was. Tasted it and it tasted old. It was 3 hours expired already when we ordered it. Yuck.

Food and service were both great. Charlene (sorry if spelled wrong) went the extra mile coming to our table to verify a few things from our portal order and then brought out everything exactly as we discussed. Her pace and tone were at the perfect customer service level. Thanks for doing a great job!

This location was running like a well oiled machine. Food was fresh and amazing. My extra toppings on my sandwiches where no problem and done right. There is even little bowls on all the tables with hand wipes. It's no wonder this location was seemingly run by all females.

They can do better with the cleaning, tables, outside water pressure. Too many dirty spots.they need a beautiful landscape if you want to get your customers back...Now the staff are the best!! Don't blame them with the short staffing.....

I always gave a problem with them waiting on me. It usyalky takes 10 minutes to get my food. I went there thus week and they never waited on me in the lobby. They were more interested in waiting on the drive thru than the people waiting in front of them. I'm done not going back to this location. Ill redeem my rewards somewhere else.

Changing the grease once a year, rather it needs it or not? Nothing less than poison! How dare you let something like this leave your kitchen! I would be so ashamed. At this location, filthy grease and nasty food are the norm. Almost as nasty as the Dunedin causeway location.

Fries were warm and greasy; no condiments on chicken sandwich and a soggy bun! Usually go to McDonald's while on the run; their food is usually pretty consistent; not this time...

My apple pie was expired so I asked for a new one. They took the expiration sticker off and handed me back the same apple pie as before. Pretty disgusting. Bad on management too. Your employees are poorly trained if they think that's okay.
