Dunkin'

I went through the drive thru today and the person on the intercom had a very pleasant and nice voice. When I went to the window she was just as weet and nice with a lovely personality and smile. I asked her what her name was and she said Lori and that she is a manager just helping out at this location today and she usually works in Clearwater. She is wonderful and makes getting my coffee even better experience than the usual. Thanks Lori for being you!

I don’t understand how this dunkin has bad reviews. The staff are very friendly, they’ve only messed up my order twice In the many years I’ve eaten there and quickly fixed the issue. I saw someone on here complained that the guy with piercings and painted nails looked unprofessional but he’s a good worker and I personally think he looks cool (I would credit him but I don’t remember his name) I think it’s good that Dunkin let’s people express themselves how they want to. You people complaining about his appearance need to get with the times. Someone’s outfit doesn’t reflect their work ethic. Darrion is also super friendly and always brightens up my day when I come through. I’ve been to other Dunkin’s in the area and this location by far is the best one around. Thank you guys for being great.

I’m usually never leave bad reviews but the morning guy whoever it is who works from open to whenever he works the front counter has piercings on his nose and painted nails… well he doesn’t even great you when you enter or anything.. like I understand it’s the morning and you’re tired but you’re there to work not be miserable… on top of that I don’t care about what you’re beliefs are but the guy wears upside down crosses and has a pentagram with Lucifer in the middle just saying that’s not the best thing to wear to work 🤷🏼‍♂️ So for that reason won’t be coming back

Must be new policy to just throw everything in one bag... Three donuts in one bag two were chocolate frosted. And why would they put two wake up wraps in one bag... What if one was for someone else. Staff was nice though they had almost no donuts left not even a Boston cream. I guess this is the new normal
