Hippie Hi

Being as I'm a Baby Boomer and was a teenager in the early 70s, when I first saw the shop, I loved the window sign. Peace, love, that's my generation. LOL So I knew I had to stop in. The tea is unbelievable! Had a cup and was back a few days later for more. I drink it regularly now. Mark told me that I would like it once I got over the bitter taste. He adds mango flavoring to help the flavor. Now at home I mix mango green tea to it and enjoy the flavor! I'm actually sleeping all night without my knee replacement, shoulder replacement or RA waking me. It is such a joy to sleep beyond 4 hours which is how I have been living for a few years now! I'm so happy I stopped in that day and I would highly recommend trying various teas. Extremely friendly service and advice. You must go here!

Indoor seating only Expensive price point (for products) but worth it , because all items are organic Child stroller and wheel chair accessible Update: (Tea induced a migraine and heart palpitations) I never heard of kava or kratom, by chance I saw Hippie Hi while on a detour drive, and decided to stop because the sign in the window said “Tea” . I don’t drink coffee and I’m NOT a recovering drug addict so I m not familiar with the products in hippie hi. I let the women behind the counter make the most popular drink and she gave me recommendations because I was a newbie. The tea was tart but she added elderberry which helped with the taste. I took tiny sips of the tea over a 2 day period. On the second day I drank the last 4 ounces quickly to finish the tea (the tea had no effect on me because I consumed it so slow) about 3 minuets after consuming the 4 ounces , I got a wicked awful migraine . The migraine lasted 3 days. Never again will I touch kava or kratom

I love this place. Every time i am in town for my monthly trip i stop here. This location is my favorite as the environment is so relaxing. And the staff is great. My favorite person is Jackie. She is always so awesome and welcoming. Please bring back the boba tea to this location. For my friends and i who don't drink kratom or kava. Jackie also makes the best tapioca pearls as they are nice and soft as they should be.

One of the best Kratom and Kava bars for quite a few miles. I Usually have a few places I come and go to on and off, but with Hippie Hi, I always keep coming back. Awesome staff, great managment and fantastic looking inside, I highly recommend people give this place a go if you haven't yet. I've pretty much stopped taking Kratom but when I did come here in the past, they carried some of the highest quality Kratom I had ever taken. 10/10 would come here again.

This could be such a great place, but owners are clearly too cheap to train staff, or retain anyone. Great idea for a business, but theres only ever 1 person working in there, it's always their 1st day because they're constantly getting new people, and then they're left alone in the store with no training. This is so sad to me because when I found this place I was so thrilled with what they sell. Hopefully they learn.

I can’t even post a picture of my boba tea. I drank it too fast. I knew it was a sign when I was mulling over the menu wondering what strawberry and cheesecake would taste like together, then asked for a recommendation and wouldn’t you know, the guy thought his new strawberry cheesecake concoction tasted pretty dang great. Good vibes in the shop, cool art, can’t wait to come back!

I have been to just about every kava bar in the Tampa Bay area and I have not found better quality (or even quality that comes slightly close) anywhere else. Their staff is also the most knowledgeable I've encountered, and answered every question I had (even the ones that were, in retrospect, kind of silly and self explanatory). There were also a bunch of different powdered herbs on the wall that are known to have other health benefits and some were familiar, like St johns wort, and others exotic seeming ones id never even heard of. Also, unlike a few tea bars in the area, this one is proudly child-friendly- something I appreciate as a mom tbt rarely gets alone time, if ever. I honestly can't wait to head back over to get some tea and De-stress and maybe try some of the other things they have, but I will definitely never be spending my money anywhere else.

The only place to get your quality Kratom. Very informative employees which makes a big difference when buying Kratom. Education is key and the only way to keep it legal in Florida. Big advocates and great friends. Before you believe what you read on the Internet speak to them and get the real truth about Kratom. It’s changed my life over the past 3 years and all I use for pain management now. See you soon my friends 😊
