Store is little off main road.

This is the worst Papa Johns I've ever had the displeasure of ordering from. To give you an idea, I used to order from the Papa Johns on Gandy 12-15 times a month.
Pizzas are delivered with flat, tough crust, rather than the light, fluffy crust it should be.
Jalapeno Poppers are mushy balls of uncooked dough with barely any cream cheese and jalapeno filling.
Alicia, the manager, does not care that her cooks are making the food incorrectly, which is indicative of the bigger problem, poor management.
I would avoid this Papa Johns, and go out of your way if you have to, if you expect to have an authentic Papa Johns experience.

Corporate order w/a call ahead request on the order. Driver never called and order sat at front desk for 40 mins till the store said the drive had already delivered. Told them about the all ahead and lady on phone could care less. So now its cold pizza, wings, bread and warm soda. Yum :-(

Ordered delivery to the hotel. The tracker didn't work, pizza showed up when it was still "preparing". Driver was great. They didn't deliver my extra sauces! Pizza was good as always.

I tried my first Papadias. Sorriest excuse for a pizza. It's a 9" pizza with a thin crust, folding and cut in half. I actually used my tape to measure. $7.99. You have got to be kidding me! Very disappointed. Never again. I will drive to Little Caesar's and get some real pizza for $5.99 or $6.99.

Horrible location and management!!!
They screw up orders several times and don’t even care to help the customer. I’m not sure who’s running this place but they need additional training. The carry out takes over an hour even when they’re not busy. You place an order online come home open the box and it’s something completely different. How many times can one place mess up the orders. This is insane!

I placed an online order at 5:50pm today (Friday) and it had a 45min time for delivery. At 50 minutes, I noticed the driver out front and tried waving him down but he took off out my community. 6pm came and I called the store to find out the driver took the wrong box (it happens. I get it) from the store. The store said they would remake my order and refund me. Great! No problem. Another hour goes by and I’m on the phone with the store again. Order finally gets to me. I still of course tip the driver because the order was purchased through my Card and it wasn’t her fault for the mess up. I sit down to finally eat after two hours and the cheese sticks were DEFINITELY not remade and you can taste the staleness (couldn’t stomach it). Turns out I never got my refund. I paid $32.70ish for the pizza, cheese sticks and the tip that was for the previous driver that never called and instead I had to take initiative to call for their mistake and figure out what was going on.

Service is great and pizza is fresh. I had an order that toook absolutely too long to complete and one of the workers gave me the order for no cost. I was really appreciative of that and raised my respect for their costumer service.
