I’m not a fast food guy, but this Burger King consistently makes the BEST spicy chicken sandwiches. Every other location of Burger King that I’ve been to, the sandwiches never come close to being as good as the ones here!

Never been here before, went to the drive thru and waited over 5 minutes for someone, there was a car behind me waiting too. I even called on the intercom and no one came. Both me and the other car left and when I drove by the drive thru window the worker was there eating the whole time.

Was there for lunch. Why are their burgers always cold? Had the whopper. Was thrown together like someone playing Frisbee. Fries were hot and good.

The food quality is on par comparing to other burger king. So I will not comment about the food. I got a phone coupon for a free Whopper, place my order via app, then at the drive-thru window, told the machine is broken, and rather than refund, they asked if a chicken sandwich is ok. The customer service is good. As for now, only drive-thru and workers do wear their mask.

I feel bad because the staff was very pleasant. sadly they made my bacon, egg and cheese sandwhich WAY before I got there. It was super soft and the bacon tasted of old grease. i have much better luck and never a complaint when I go to the BK on Gulf to Bay

Lobby has been closed for a few days. Tried to get breakfast on Sunday and the lobby was closed that day, only drive thru was available. Multiple people wanted to sit in the restaurant for breakfast. Unfortunately I went there again a couple days later and same situation, lobby closed. Tried to call but they obviously don't care because they have their phone disconnected. Really... a business and you have your phone disconnected? So sad. Will not be back at this location. They're slipping. Wendy's is right up the road and they have decent breakfast with a very nice clean dining area. Also, this location needs a serious makeover. Way outdated in and out.

Without question one of the worst Burger Kings, waited 20 minutes in the drive through of which 15 minutes was waiting for someone to say hello, I even called to make sure they knew people were waiting and no one answered the phone. Fries are not cooked and sandwich cold. Instead of the store getting better it is worse than ever, sad!

To be brutally honest here ... This location and its employees don't get the credit nor recognition they deserve for their amazing work in the food industry as well as their handling of negative natured public ... When I come through their drive thru and see a sigh saying along the lines of "New employee , please be nice" it broke my heart and before I even began my order this night I expressed how sorry I was for what prompted that sign in the 1st place ... This locations employees are some of the nicest I have ever had the pleasure of meeting ... Always smiling always respectful ... Extremely timely with large orders (I have a family of 6)... If you love burger king and live in the Clearwater / Tampa Bay area ... Drive on over to BK off US19 located in the Sunset Point Plaza ... You'll be happy you did ...
