Second time I have Ordered so I could have food delivered from here, and both times I’ve had issues not only with the food but even being able to reach anyone at the store. The food that was delivered was not hot, I was missing an entire meal, several items were wrong, the milkshake had crud in it, all of which I would have happily over looked if I could have reached someone. But being unable to reach anyone to have the situation rectified, and two hungry kiddos later, here we are.

Just spent $17 on undercooked food … nuggets were not edible , burger took one bite an it was disgusting and the tomato had mold on it , and fries were soggy and under cooked …. Absolutely disgusting … never again . Would love to get my $17 back

This particular Wendy's we ALWAYS go to now IS absolutely amazing & why we ALWAYS bring our business HERE!!!! The people that work here are ALWAYS so polite & their food IS ALWAYS FRESH & MADE TO ORDER HOW YOU LIKE IT!!!!!!!!! THEY KNOW HOW TO COOK FOOD THE CORRECT WAY HERE! THEIR FOOD ALWAYS TASTES AMAZING AT THIS PARTICULAR PLACE!!!!! THE ORDERS ARE ALWAYS CORRECT & A BIGGIE FOR ME-THEY ALWAYS HAVE FRESH FRIES, NOT SOGGY, HARD OR OLD FRIES!!!! YOU CAN TOTALLY TELL WHEN SOMEONE DOESN'T LIKE THEIR JOB OR DOESN'T WANT TO BE THERE! BUT HERE, NO MATTER WHAT, THEY ARE ALWAYS SO FRIENDLY & NICE, ALWAYS!!!!! THAT MEANS A LOT TO CUSTOMERS! ON FACT, THIS IS SOME OF THE BEST WENDY'S WE'VE EVER HAD, PERIOD! I ALWAYS RECOMMEND THIS PARTICULAR WENDY'S LOCATION!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE 10+ STARS-I WOULD!!!!!!!!

JUST POOR QUALITY....
Fries that are supposed to be hot are clumped together. Ask for Hot Honey sandwich and told no chicken but happy to substitute dollar chicken. Just awful...again....no change

Inside dining was closed, only drive through was available. I do not drive, fossil fuels are bad for the environment. Maybe one day all U.S. fast food restaurants will offer walk through as an alternative option. Fresh air for us, and fresh air for future generations. Just a thought.

I went to the drive thru twice during lunch today and both times the service was great! Very friendly and the sandwich I ordered was definitely made with love. Not the typical throw the ingredients in the paper, wrap and smash. I can't say much for the coke I ordered other than, it was a good coke and I drank all of it. This is the good Wendy's, better than those other ones. You guys are "A - O. K."

Another disappointment with Wendy’s. Once again, I ordered a Jalapeño Popper Sandwich and the order came out wrong but was already home when I noticed. No cream cheese this time but at least they put chicken.

I asked for extra onions and mustard and a cup of mayonnaise. I did not receive any requested items . I also asked for hot nuggets and they where cold .
