Super quick service. Haven't tried the shakes yet but they do have a lot of options for different types of flavors. The burgers automatically come with ketchup so I switch to mustard. They have ordering screens that you place your order on. Easy to use. Clean restroom. The food is hot and cooked to order.

The burgers and fries were cooked to order and HOT. The store was UNBELIEVABLY CLEAN. The service was attentive/excellent. Prices not bad either. Double cheeseburger combo was $6.50ish. Very reasonable for EXCELLENT "faster" food. We will be back for sure.

The burgers are great, and the fries are delicious I just wish there were more to a serving.
I guess covid really cut back on the personal touch I really miss the service of waitresses and staff. Also the milkshakes used to be something I looked forward to, but this time I was really disappointed.

They aren't what they used to be but not bad overall for a fast food burger. Decent tasting but usually quite a bit of grease. Shoe string fries are good as long as they aren't cold. Good shakes.

Dining inside steak 'n shake it has completely changed. No. Waitresses My wife and I were very surprised. Must store order on tablet computer by front door and pick order up at counter when ready. Hamburgers and fries are the same. I want it baked beans that I've been ordering there for 40 plus years but no baked beans anymore. A few other changes. I'm not sure if my wife and I will go back anymore considering the changes. Very few customers even though we were there around lunch time. The pandemic has made them change how they do business and I think it will eventually end with their demise. I've always like steak and shake for over 40 years so it will be sad to see them leave as a business.
