Burger King

This used to be my go to BK location but it has really gone down in quality. I usually get breakfast and in 5 different occasions I’ve had to leave because “they can’t sell anything until the truck shows up”. Today I kept waiting at the drive thru with no answer from the employees and they came out after 8 min to tell me they’re closed at 7:00am…sad to see how this new location went down so quickly.

I just want you to know I had the worst Burger King experience of my life at this location. I’ve eaten burger many many times and never had such poor customer service. I had to leave at the register window after sitting for 5 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes to have my order taken. Was not greeted one time. The cashier wouldn’t even look nor acknowledge me. I know it’s hard to find a decent person to work a drive thru , but acting like you don’t even see me after taking my order after you know I’ve been waiting and sitting for 20 minutes it’s ridiculous. I hope for our community you can actually find happy outgoing nice people to work for you.

I would just like to say that having eaten the burger and fries I ordered from here last night, have suffered from the most horrific food poisoning being violently sick numerous times throughout the day. To put things into perspective I am not a person that gets sick AT ALL. PLEASE PLEASE check that everything is cooked properly.

Just sat in the drive thru line at this location for over 20 minutes and then we're rushed off the window by a less than friendly staff! got all the way back to work to find that they gave me the sweet and sour sauce for my 8pc Nuggets but no Nuggets. Trying to call and have been hung up on twice now! Not impressed. Used to work at this store and I can tell you that we NEVER had a line held up for 20 mins at our drive thru! This is completely unacceptable and the fact that I can't even get through to them just makes it even worse! Will NEVER waste money at this location again!

The employee by the name of Brittney needs to improve her work ethics. We went through the drive thru to order, she told us to wait and didn't take our order, she then proceeded to take the order of the other customer that just pulled up on the other lane to order. She was extremely rude, and unfriendly. We will never come back here.

I was kicked out for taking pictures. I was snapping a few photos, sat down, and ate my meal that I had purchased. As I was finishing up, a manager came over to my table and asked if I had been taking pictures. I said yes. She said, "Well, you have to delete those. You're not allowed to take pictures in here. You have to delete them. I just talked to corporate on the phone. Do you want to talk to them?" and proceeds to take out her phone as if to call. I said, "No, I don't need to talk to them." She repeated, "Well, you have to delete those pictures." I said, "Well, I tell you what, I'm just going to leave your restaurant." I got up, dumped my tray, and left. The tiles were falling off the wall and I was stepping on them as I was trying to eat. I wanted to order a coke Icee, but the machine was broken. "Other than that, how did you enjoy the show Mrs. Lincoln?" Well, the food tasted very good and the male manager delivered great customer service when I first ordered. 8:30A 11/14/16 Here are the pictures that I have now deleted from my phone as requested.
