Burger King

02/22/2022 Stopped in for a late night meal for my wife who is expecting. Employees were absolutely outstanding and extremely courtious even though it was a large order right before close. I always have good experiences at this particular BK and it's the only one I can say that for. Don't usually leave reviews like this but felt I had to give these guys a positive note. Great customer service and great food! Compliments to the guys working that night!!

First time coming in was today. Ordered a #2 small fry large drink and some chicken fingers. Told to pull around the front to wait and I did. Waited about 15 mins and went in because I knew it doesn't take that long to fry some fingers as I've worked for the franchise years ago. Food was handed out the window. Explained what food I ordered and got every other burger except for the one I ordered. First and last time I'd ever go to this location.

I went through drive thru at 8 am this morning, and a lady came on the intercom and said she was sorry for the inconveniences, but she was closed. I need y'all to know that they closed Hardee's this Friday will be two weeks ago, so now we only have Burger King and McDonald's to get something to eat real fast. I think some of the ones that was here when y'all first opened, needs to come back and see what is going on, because things like them not being open will end up closing down for good.

I believe in second chances, but there's a reason why I never see many people at BK in Claxton. That being said, the last trip my wife and I made here started at McDonald's, but they couldn't clear the last order so we could see the menu in the drive thru, so we went to BK instead. At BK, they were out of carbonation for the drinks for everything except Sprite. They had repeat the order at least three times. There were two cars ahead of us and it took 30 minutes to get our order. The fries had been we're stale and the BK Melt was burnt and small as a child's burger. It was pathetic. I piad $8 for the BK Melt meal. This is about the third time they've sucked. That's why I'm taking off three stars.
