Hardee's

Every time we try to visit this location we are disappointed, very rude employees that will be the last time we attempt to visit this location.Hardees you should definitely invest in some customer service training because obviously whatever you are doing isnt working. I guess thats why this location is never busy.

Placed a order in drive-through. Waited in line before I get into the window for 15 minutes, once I got to the window I notice workers laughing and chatting with customers who were in the inside and delivering orders to them. Once employee came to the window to collect my money after waiting 15 minutes I asked her was the order ready because I did not wish to wait another 15 minutes. She became abrupt and rudely stating that they are behind and am I going to pay for the order or not.I decided not to because I don’t have to pay for bad customer service. I said no and goodbye. I drove down the street to the Burger King and got quick and polite customer service.
