5/27/22 I got 2 beef chalupa supremes with no tomato. I'd be fine if there was still tomato in there (there was) but I'm not fine with a stale shell. It was so stale they barely put any meat, lettuce, etc in there. It even broke when I opened it as seen in the picture. Never going to this taco bell again. Waste of $8.
Also the young man that switched drive thru shifts as I pulled up around 6pm was extremely rude. I understand he might have been having a bad day, but that doesn't mean completely ignore me when I talk to you and not even make eye contact when handing over the food. I've worked fast food too and the drive thru and I still managed to be friendly on bad days 🤷♀️

They could not have screwed our order up any worse. The girl that took my order was one of the best. She had everything correct on the screen. It's a shame whoever fixed our order made her look bad, and made me feel like I completely messed up ordering!

We come to this taco Bell every Sunday after church. I always order the mobile order and pick it up at the drive thru and I get the beloved Mexican Pizza. It tastes like the BALM. COM it's that good. They have really nice staff and fast drive thru service. DEFINITELY come to this location

It was only about 10 pm so not late for taco bell & they didn't offer new food items they are promoting bc it was out of stock. The food is way overpriced to receive 6 tacos all with broken shells. 1 taco I had to eat with a fork it was in pieces the Chalupa was all lettuce no chicken and 2 cinnamon twist were left off and 1 out of the 2 that I received only had 6 twist in the baggie. Also got no sauce packets I asked for fire.

Came through last night to pick up our mobile order close to 11pm and when we got to the order box to and said we were there to pick it up, we got told to cancel the order and get a refund because they had 4 or 5 things in the entire $40 order that they couldn't make. They didn't feel like just making the rest of the order and just having the manager sub anything missing for something of the same price. We were told if the manager feels like it when we said they could still make the rest of the order anyway. We had been there the week before and they subbed one thing out for us because they didn't have it. We had no choice but to cancle and sit there anyway stuck in the line until the car in front of us recieved their food. And this was supposed to be dinner after getting off of second shift. This is the second store in town we have had issues with.

How do you get a order wrong when your the only customer in the drive-thru? Completely different than what I paid for... Didn't check it until I was in Nashville( my mistake).

The order taker Dominique was awesome. Great manners, very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu items. They no longer have taco salads so I got the power bowl but for $7 I wouldn't get it again.

It was soo hot inside and were were meeting friends there..told them it was crazy hot inside and they went someplace else. Had hornets inside also...when I got my food I was missing a taco and the guy didn't even give me my cup for a drink..#dobetter
