The Oreo concrete mixer was the only good part of this order…
I had a super simple order Which the cashier repeated back to me accurately however the food was made sloppily and incorrectly. I don’t think it should be too much to ask to have the burger patty placed on the middle of the bun…
The sauces were incorrect, as I asked for mayo and ketchup and received mustard… gross!! Plus, after I fixed the patty that was sliding off the bun, I didn’t have anything to wipe my hands on because they didn’t give me any napkins.
The fries were not salted whatsoever and I didn’t receive any salt packets to remedy that, so I had bland fries.
I love Culver’s, it’s the place I go to know that my food will be done correctly but in this case I was highly disappointed.

Great food! Best chicken fingers around. We had lunch here yesterday and dinner today. It was sadly drive through only but we ordered and enjoyed sitting outside on this lovely night. I highly recommend the salted caramel milkshake.

My daughter loves the chicken strips at this Culver's. They are really delicious and well cooked. As with most Culvers you have to wait a while to get your food but at least it's hot when you finally get it. Their food is priced reasonably and it's always well prepared

I only gave two stars for freshness! It was our first time visiting and I can’t say we’re going back. I paid $29 dollars for two meals and 2 small pieces of non favored fish. The burgers were fresh but extremely dry and cooked very hard. The fries were fresh with absolutely no seasoning. It was a total let down.

Staff was very friendly, fast & accurate. Right after lunch hour and the place was immaculately clean. Wife got a cheeseburger meal, I got the cod. Unfortunately my fish was just eh. It seemed like it was seriously lacking flavor or seasoning. I hate that I was that disappointed. The burger and chocolate malt were delicious, though, so next time I'll try something else.

I have been here multiple times because the food is fantastic and the kids love the free ice cream that comes on the kids meal bag, but I docked a star because the customer service definitely has room for improvement. Not that it is terrible, but more often than not, most of the workers look and act miserable being there.

Larry was at the front counter, he took my order very professionally, as though he might have been the owner. After finding a spot to sit, I watched as he delivered food trays to the folks in the dining room. After delivering several orders he went out of his way to be helpful to a large group who was departing. Food was great also ;-)

I’m on break and I have never been to Culver’s before today! I am a FedEx delivery driver so I have to get it to go ASAP and when I say that they are on par with their wait time (due to being short staff) i was in and out the drive thru in no time!
Both the service from staff and the food were grand! Will definitely be coming back to try the shakes!
