Friendly service. Beverages prepared as ordered and had a very good flavor/taste. The inside and outside of the building looked very clean. Fairly fast service.

I am currently sitting in the drive-through of Starbucks on Roma Rudolph and I should have known, they are always every single day out I’ll be there strawberries or coconut or something else never have I’ve been here in the last six months that they have been able to fix a drink but they have on the menu it is constantly always out of something. The worst part about it is it is they are used to it and they don’t really care, And I wonder why the tip jar is always empty

I ordered coffee and a sandwich with Uber Eats. Coffee was ALL OVER my sandwich PLUS the coffee was not prepared as requested. I paid a lot of money for items that were ruined and prepared wrong. When i attempted to file a complaint with Star Bucks, I was basically advised it was not their problem and I need to contact Uber Eats. FiRST off.. Uber Eats did not prepare my order wrong and spill coffee all over my sandwich as they packed it. Starbucks packages the orders. It's truly sad to buy something and it's completely messed up!! Location says open till 11pm. Sat in the drive through lights and people were in the building when we pulled into the parking lot, then pulled around to the front and all employees in the back and turned the light off as I got put my car... if this time is wrong why are the lights on at 945 and no one says we're closed ?

Everything was amazing! Giving four stars because my pup was obviously begging for a Starbucks pup treat and she completely ignored him..he knows the drill and she did not.. ive never taken him to Starbucks and had to ask for his pup treat its always very happily offered to him.

Bad service store dirty. I visit Starbucks everyday in paducah kentuky and and the employees fronm that store needs to go there for training on how to treat customers and how thake care of the store the one from paducah shines and they are awesome with customers

Unfortunately my husband ordered the wrong drink for me, which is fine I went in and asked if it was possible just to get it iced. Essence was working and was more than happy to remake the coffee. Good customer service is what keeps me coming back!
