Domino's Pizza

The pizza in all was horrible. Literally, the first bite I took had me gagging. The toppings were thrown on there lazily so there were tons have ham and bacon in spots and not evened out. The crust was done way more than I would have liked and it was cut into squares and I definitely didn't ask for it to be cut that way. Won't be back. Just wish I could have my money back. But no wonder their pizza is cheap. It's terrible. I'll stick to Pizza Hut.

I guess they always get it mixed up, but it's supposed to be extra SAUCE and light CHEESE. As you see in the receipt is correct but the pizza is not?! Just please read the instructions better. I'm not mad but one person will explode over something like this, so please take the time to read over it carefully! Other than that y'all are awesome! ☺️☺️

I have been coming to this location for years. Over the past several months the quality and the service has decreased significantly. This location often messes up orders, leaving off the sauce, forgetting an ingredient, little things. Everyone makes mistakes, and I have forgiven them many times, but what happened tonight was inexcusable. Not only did they forget to put sauce on one of the Pizzas I ordered, but they made me bring it back. Then they gave me a second Pizza with the alfredo sauce on top of the cheese and all the ingredients. When I arrived at home I called them and the manager believed it was a good idea to yell over me when I was trying to explain what was wrong just to tell me they are not going to refund the order or remake another pizza.. I called the manager of another store to confirm that the pizza was made incorrectly, and called back. The manager then argued with my girlfriend and told her they are not going to refund or remake any pizzas for her going forward. At this point, I am never going to patronize this location again and firmly believe the manager and assistant manager of this store need to be let go. No amount of training or coaching is going to fix the attitude or disrespect that these two had tonight. These children should not be running this location unless the owner is attempting to run this location into the ground.

I wish they delivered to my home address. But it's worth driving across town for it. I usually order through my account online, satisfied with the good deals they offer. Pay when place order then pick up at drive thru window - super quick and easy process. I used to be able to track the progress of pizza making process online but last 2 Xs ordered, that feature wasn't working.

absolutely terrible service couldn't find my order then when it was found ireturned home only to find a burnt pepperoni pizza. Called the store spoke to manager who proceeded to tell me that I ordered it that way! I absolutely did not and she was extremely unprofessional and should not be managing anything. She then told me she could only give me 20% off my next order. I will NEVER ORDER FROM DOMINO'S AGAIN! horrible!!!

The Domino's in Clanton, AL has some of the most rude and inconsiderate people working there. I have had 4 or more times from here & evetytime something was wrong with my order, cold pizza, very very greasy cinnamon rolls to the point you couldn't eat them, under cooked pizza to the point the dough was raw in the middle. I always order the same pizza and last night topped it off ( Philly cheese steak with extra meat, light green peppers & LIGHT JALAPEÑOS.
