Taco Bell

I order door dash from here at least 3 times a week. I order the same thing every time. The chicken power bowel. And every single time there is NO FORK! Never. Not once! I mean what am I supposed to eat with? My hands??? I’m stuck at work, can’t leave and can’t even eat 😂😂 I won’t order from here again. Period.

I thought maybe if I waited like a year before I came back that the food might be better somehow...WRONG!!! I don't see how this place is able to remain open. Our food was cold and soggy and had barely any meat. Also, the soft tacos were saturated in cooking grease to the point of bleeding through the wrapper and the sack onto the car seat. Who would want to eat that?

Disappointed that an item from our order wasn't in the bag. Wouldn't bother me so bad if it weren't for the fact that at least one item is missing every time we come here lately. We live just far enough away that driving back for the missing chicken chalupa would be a big pain. Check your order carefully BEFORE leaving and be sure to get a receipt. I assumed mine was in the bag, but it wasn't. I tried to call twice about my order but they are not answering the phone. I shared my steak chalupa that came with my cravings box with the person who didnt get their chicken but feeling very cheated. Especially since customer service line is not answering the phone today either even though it is within the time frame they list as their hours of service.

My husband went here tonight. The service was not that great and they got our order wrong! They had no sauce what so ever. And for the price that we paid for the food....it was no where near worth it. You barely got anything on the tacos at all. Ask for extra meat and cheese on my bellgrande and ended up not getting any cheese at all and my husband ask for extra meat on his and didn't get it. So needless to say we will not be going back to Taco Bell!

A new Taco Bell with modern decor. The staff is friendly and bathrooms are decent. Although the staff is friendly, they are a bit noisey and don't take enough care in putting together the food items during a meal time rush. Items come out with on the outside of the wrapper or lacking the proper amount of ingredients. General food handling and assembly guidance could help the evening shift workers. This was a first and only time visit experience which could be shift specific. Overall it's consistent with all other Taco Bell restaurants in quality.
