Had the prettiest pizza I have ever seen from Papa John's the other day! Half extra cheese half pepperoni. The papadia's are incredible too (cheesesteak especially) but please do not order more than 2 at a time because I have read they are very time intensive for the workers to make during a lunch/dinner rush.

Driver didn't know which address is since we have 2 apartment towers with same na,e that has 2 different address which is a good thing my coworker made sure the pizza for me at the security booth otherwise the pizza would've been stolen by the tenants in the bldg from the delivery driver not knowing on what they are doing.

First time having papa John’s and it was a great experience as soon as I walked in i would definitely order again if I come back to Cincinnati jalapeño rolls are delicious so is the steak and cheese

I have been really enjoying the newer staff at this location. Staff now makes me smile every time I enter with jokes and high energy approaches. This location provides extra topping when ordered; unfortunately something that not all locations do. The store is always clean and my order is always ready within quoted timeframes. Very happy with whatever has changed in the last several months!!

The store it’s self was amazing. I had a messed up order (door dash lady) gave me one pizza and was extremely rude but the workers made it more than right. They know how to run a business I appreciate the lady who answered the phone (after they closed) to make it right for me. Thank you

This was hands down the best experience that I have ever had with Papa John's. When the delivery driver delivered out pizza, I forgot to check to see if it was correct. When I got back to our room, I found that the the wrong pizza was delivered. When I called back to get the correct pizza, Charlene answered and immediately stuck a new pizza in for us with no questions asked. We had the correct piping hot pizza in our hands in 20 minutes. Charlene had an incredibly positive attitude and was eager to help. I just wish every dining experience would be as good as this one. Thanks Papa John's for the great experience and thanks Charlene for your great attitude and willingness to help!

have only ever done carryout from here, but it's a nice place to drop in and get a pie before a reds game. We just carry the box as we walk down to the river and usually the whole pizza is gone by the time that we get down there. Prices are cheap, and they often have unadvertised specials. They will make the pizza while you wait so it is piping hot when you get it
