Visited Wild Eggs with some friends upon their recommendation.
I’ll admit, I don’t desire breakfast as much as I do a juicy burger or wood fired pizza.
Since I couldn’t eat lunch yet, I went for my breakfast staple; Blueberry buttermilk pancakes. Topped with whipped butter and maple syrup, I was in breakfast heaven.
My friends kept talking about how good the grits were. I’ll give them a go next visit as I plan to return to try the many other great menu choices.
Overall I was impressed. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. Inside was well kept and clean, and food was delicious!!
Wild Eggs is similar to the other "brunch" style restaurants in that they are open morning to mid afternoon and mainly serve breakfast items with a few lunch items. . The inside is very bright but not very cozy or warm. It's very sterile almost hospital like. I think the openness is actually distracting. It has a very cafeteria feel and I really wasn't too excited about what was to come!
Such a fun place! My family all hates it because they serve "weird stuff." However, I love their quirky spin on classics. Very traditional comfort style breakfast with a twist. I haven't had anything that isn't delicious. Service is always quick and you're in and out very quick. Price is a little high, but I don't mind to pay it if I leave satisfied. The atmosphere is bright, cheerful, and clean. I very much enjoy the modern approach to breakfast.
I can't say enough how amazing this place is!! Chris our server was absolutely awesome!!! The food was superb!! Even though they were very busy. Food was served quickly. The menu was unique & hilarious!! Great choices!! Chris made us feel like we were the only ones there!!! Absolutely a must try!!! You won't be disappointed!!
The food and the service were quite good, however it felt like 100 degrees inside the restaurant! So hot! We tried the Chocolate kiss and the nutty Irishman and they were both quite good. The wild mushroom and roasted garlic scramble was also good.
Went just after noon for breakfast ordered the custom omelete with brocolli and bacon with sourdough toast, and tried the grits if the day which was bacon and cheese, and the fall maple pecan latte, great dark roast flavor and great flavor and mild sweet. Omlete was cooked perfectly, overall enough food for two to share. Staff was all very friendly. They have a sign in the window that offers 20% off entire menu if you dine in before 8:30am on Saturday and Sunday.
We had reservations so getting a table was ever quick on a busy Sunday. Our waitress McKenzie was so sweet, tentative and friendly. The food was so good we all had the Mad Platter! It was so much food not one finished their plates. We had pomegranate mimosas and tequila sunrise cocktails. Both were very good! We will for sure be back there are so many things on the menu we want to try.
Went on Saturday, 11/11/23 around 12:10PM and was greeted with a packed out restaurant. Waited a few for our reservation made at the front counter, and went in.
My girlfriend and myself ordered "The Mad Platter" to which we were very happy with. More food than she could eat, and I definitely was full after finishing mine. $16 Each.
Overall, Waitress was great, food was warm, and wait time was bearable for the time we chose. 9/10
First time trying Wild Eggs and I am hooked!!!
The food, service, and the atmosphere was really nice.
We arrived right before a big crowd on a Sunday morning, so I suggest making reservations.
Overall, everything was nice. I'm looking forward to dining again, soon!
Staff was friendly and the place was very clean. The food was delicious and homey. Although we found a small piece of egg shell in the chicken fried steak and eggs, the eggs were cooked just like we ordered. Chicken fried steak was meh. I got an open face sandwich which was delicious. The bacon was nice and crunchy and the flavors were yummy. I'd come back and try some other dishes.
The loco hash and stuffed French toast (gluten free of course) were delicious! And the blood orange mimosa was a nice addition to our brunch. Our waiter was really nice and the atmosphere was welcoming. The cappuccino and chocolate kiss were not so great, I think because the coffee was watery.
What a great restaurant, the food is awesome, the whole place is spotless, the service is fantastic. I will be bringing my family back here. Try the Angus Burger with a Fried Egg on it, so delicious!
I wish I could rate this more than 5 stars.
And our server, Julian, was phenomenal!
Thanks so much for the experience!
Went for brunch on a Saturday no wait but the place was packed. Service and atmosphere were great. The pineapple orange mimosas was delicious.
