Excellent pizza. We also tried the new Doritos calzone thing and it was great! The cookie dessert is fabulous too. Great idea for a quick dinner.

You have to try the Epic Stuffed crust! We stopped getting Papa John’s several years ago because it just didn’t seem to be as good as it used to be. The ads for the stuffed crust tempted us back. Wow am I glad we ordered it! The crust almost has a buttery flavor, and the stuffed section is perfectly done. It’s like they managed to take a ring of cheese-stuffed dough and perfectly meld it with the pizza. Another pizza maker does a stuffed crust where the regular pizza part stops inches from the edge. This sauce and cheese go right to the stuffed part. The delivery person was pleasant and respected the no contact delivery distance. The order came fast, and super hot!

one of the greatest pizza places ever, never slow, always respectful employees, also there delivery is always fast two. when I want pizza, i want cheesy goodness, and that's what I get when I go there. always a great place to take out or delivery or pick up if you have had a long day. keep up the good work papa johns

Pretty good service. I dialed the wrong place and the guy politely redirected me to the correct location. Once I ended up on the phone with the correct location, I was put on hold. I understand, as sometimes places get busy. The employee who ended up taking my order was not so friendly as the first. He clearly didn't want to be on the phone with me. Instead of asking simple questions, his technique for gathering information was simply saying one word in a monotone voice. For instance, "Name..." "Number..." I don't think he could've sounded less happy if he tried. I don't expect a super happy employee, but maybe one who didn't hate his job would be nice? Oh well. I totally understand that there are just some who are particularly bad at customer service. It's hard to weed out. As for the more important part, the delivery was very good. Some friends and I were at the Cincinnati mall, not an ideal location for pizza delivery, but we got the pizzas with no problem. The employee who delivered the pizza just called me as he approached our location and it was as easy as that. This employee was very polite, which is more than I expect from an adult going on a hike just so a bunch of teens could have a few pizzas. We tipped accordingly and we had no issues with the payment process. Seemless. As for the food itself, it was really good. Of course, that's coming from a bunch of hungry teens, so take that as you will. We got two larges and both didn't last more than 5 minutes, as they were so good. Not much else to say here, just some good pizza All in all, everything was beyond expectations with the exception of customer service. I'd order here again any time.
