The cook the night I was there over road the order takers rude comment we only have 1-4 and politely was outside doing the trash and heard her time of voice. He asked me what it was I would like ...he said no problem....he was the best thing going for this location...if he wasn't working..mmmmm ...you might not be open much longer with the other rude female that seems not to honor her position. Thank you young man for being more than exceptional in the time you give in your earnings. You will go far✨Blessings.

Great burger, slow service, kitchen looks filthy. Whoever owns this has lost focus! I get it, finding employees that care is difficult these days, but if management/owners don't care, who will care? Don't be afraid to run a tight ship! You won't get excellence until you demand it...at any wage rate!

I was iffy about the "robot" taking my order at the drive thru but it actually worked out great it got my order that was actually a little confusing perfectly and we got our food pretty quick. I suppose having the automated system to take drive thru orders gives the employees more time to focus on

Food was fresh, however, things have changed in a complicated way. There is now an AI/automated machine that takes your order. I will admit, I was impressed. It did a really good job and I hate those things. However, after I paid for my meal, I had to drive around to the other window which was complicated. The driveway isn't made for a sharp turn into that left drive area to pick up food. It was kind of weird, different and uncomfortable as I worried about damage to my car.

Very happy that it was open and could finally get 2 big buffered meals. Seems the place has a very hard time keeping employees or ones that want to work. Most times told that their register are down or no people and they refuse to make or sell anything but sit in there cars and make a pay check.

I love going there late for third shift because they are so professional and definitely gets the job done. I had mix ups with food there during 3rd shift and let me tell ya,, the employees for third shift don't freeze up And what they do is apologize for the mix up and then they -Getter Done- fix the order like there wasn't a mix up.

Even though there were three cars in front of me the line moved quickly. The speaker was clear and it was easy to hear the order taker. He read the order back to me to make sure that he had it right. He gave me the price over the speaker instead of telling me that he would have it at the window. He was friendly and said to have a nice day after he gave me my order. The food was fresh and delicious.
