Every single employee and I've dealt with at least 6 or 7 of them is great. They are fast and immediately greet u even If they can't help u right away. The cute girl with the rainbow hair is always bubbly and smiling and kind. The roughly 30 year old black guy also stands out. The older white guy isn't the most approachable guy in the world but he does his job and has went out of his way to help me a few times now. Overall this is probably the best fast food place in the area when it comes to staff. Haven't had a single complaint and I'm there at least 5 times a week.

I have to say this last experience was probably one of the best I've ever had with Papas. I rarely use delivery (unless absolutely needed) but they saved the day – from prep to delivery was super, super fast. In addition, they made the pizzas perfect and they arrived hot. Amazing service this time – thanks!
The food was hot and fresh. The young man who checked me out was very pleasurable.
Tonight, I ordered a pizza here…then my puppy pooped inside and my mind went else where and I forgot I ordered it. Then when they called me 5 times to tell me they were here, I freaked out and blocked the number. 30 minutes later, I realized what I had done and called the restaurant to apologize. They told me they saved my pizza under the heaters because they recognized me as a regular orderer with them and will drive it out in 10 minutes. I was already a regular here, but now I’m a lifer and a google reviewer. Thanks, guys!

Ordered last night...the hoagies were exactly as requested, pizza was great and arrived quickly. I had a special request so spoke to them on the phone. Very friendly and courteous. The delivery came hot and delicious and she couldn't have been any nicer. Overall a phenomenal experience!!
I had the best experience from start to finish. It was all due to the employee bri! Gave me the recomendation and the pizza was beyond great. I will be returning and highly recomend going to this location.
