At 5:50 p.m., on 09/30/2023, we got Oreo milkshakes and were being served by only one worker. This worker had a great attitude and went above and beyond even though he was working alone. We all highly recommend this worker and ask that you will give him a promotion and help him by providing him with some other employees.

My order was taken incorrectly in the drive thru. I had to go back through and was asked to pull up and wait for a manager. After about 10 minutes a manager came to my car. She corrected the sandwiches.

Awesome service, food was great. Vegetables were fresh and perfect amount of sauce on sandwiches. Only thing is music was loud and one group focused I could see people not eatting inside because of the music playing.

The 2 gentleman working were so polite and helpful! Yes ma'am all the time and gave me the utmost respect! I went on 7/31 at 2 pm. I hope these guys make good $ bc most restaurants having horrible customer service. I will go out of my way to visit this specific location.

I like BK's fries and their coke is not watered down and tastes like a real cola. The representatives at the window are always friendly and polite. I always leave the change for them.
