Our visit was on a Saturday evening around 8pm and our wait was less than 10 mins. They seemed to be short on help but we still recieved prompt and friendly service. The food was good and arrived quickly.

Make sure you get Kim for your waitress. She is fantastic. You want for nothing. Your food is hot or cold as it should be. She is soo accommodating. Takes time to make your order is exactly what you want. Enjoy.

Although there was a 45 min delay receiving our meal from the kitchen, the server, Tiara, was exceptional and friendly. She is applauded for her service. The rating is for her.

Great service wonderful food. Two meals for the price of 1 and you get an appetizer. For$27 I got ribs steak and hot wings. Walked out with a bag of food. Crazy good deals

Very friendly. The service was great. Only thing I didn't like is drinks being served with kids present. They should have a separate area for families with children under the age of 21.

The service we received was GREAT! I forget my servers name but she was absolutely exceptional! I think it starts with an M... Our food was delicious!

These reviews are old. I am a regular at Applebee's on Crookshank Road, & they have a solid, strong staff now that actually cares about their customers. I've never waited as long as these people in the other reviews. If you had a bad experience the last time you came and didn't come back; give them another try!

Have had mixed experiences. Fajitas are a little wimpy but service seems to be getting better. It's Applebees. Decent food for decent price.

Horrible, horrible restaurant! Avoid this place at all costs. Now, I am not a picky eater or a food snob. I have written multiple reviews on urbanspoon and none of them have been bad. But I have lived about 1 mile from this place for a year now. I have given it about 4 or 5 chances and every time it has been awful. The food is tastes bad (I mean seriously bad; there are dishes that I have had at other abblebees and loved, and when I get it from here it is almost unedible), the service is slow and often rude, and the music is kept so loud sometimes that you can't hear the person across the table talking (and I'm only 24... I have a high tolerance for loud music). I can honestly say this is literally one of the worst restaurants I have ever had the misfortune of eating at... And I definitely will nit be going back.

Terrible Service. My husband and I went here for happy hour and stood at the door, waiting to be seated, for at least 30 mins. They seated 2 other groups who came in after us. When we spoke to the manager, he acted as though we were wrong to question why no one seated us. Terrible service!!!

Nice Dinner. We had a nice dinner, it was a typical Applebee's dinner but this restaurant smells funny. I don't know if the carpet needs replaced or what it is. I also felt like I had to hold my nose going in and out the doorway because of an odor between the two front doors.<br/><br/>Overall a good meal, just smelly which made me feel like I wasn't in a clean environment.
