Have had mixed experiences. Fajitas are a little wimpy but service seems to be getting better. It's Applebees. Decent food for decent price.

Seated quickly and friendly service. Wednesday kids deal is awesome and the food was great!

Our visit was on a Saturday evening around 8pm and our wait was less than 10 mins. They seemed to be short on help but we still recieved prompt and friendly service. The food was good and arrived quickly.

These reviews are old. I am a regular at Applebee's on Crookshank Road, & they have a solid, strong staff now that actually cares about their customers. I've never waited as long as these people in the other reviews. If you had a bad experience the last time you came and didn't come back; give them another try! 5/5 Always!

Make sure you get Kim for your waitress. She is fantastic. You want for nothing. Your food is hot or cold as it should be. She is soo accommodating. Takes time to make your order is exactly what you want. Enjoy.

Well to start Courtney our waitress is Beautiful. She was polite and got our order right. She checked on us several times throughout the whole experience.

Although there was a 45 min delay receiving our meal from the kitchen, the server, Tiara, was exceptional and friendly. She is applauded for her service. The rating is for her.

Very friendly. The service was great. Only thing I didn't like is drinks being served with kids present. They should have a separate area for families with children under the age of 21.

Great service wonderful food. Two meals for the price of 1 and you get an appetizer. For$27 I got ribs steak and hot wings. Walked out with a bag of food. Crazy good deals

The service we received was GREAT! I forget my servers name but she was absolutely exceptional! I think it starts with an M... Our food was delicious!
