We heard the food was good, so we decided to check out the Pony. First time going, and wow it was a good time.
Relaxed vibe, great (but small) menu, and awesome food, although, the beer selection was lacking.
It was nice there were booths as well, on top of the bar itself - I liked that we were able to sit down and eat and chat at a table vs a bar.
Benches were kinda dirty though lol, but nothing terrible
I got the honey mustard wings they have - and wow, absolute bangers, seasoned perfectly & piping hot.
The burger with a slice of bacon was stupid delicious. A little overcooked on the meat but it wasn't even noticeable enough to care about. Cause that bacon kicks you in the mouth on your first bite.
Simply put their burger is severely underrated.
the fries were unbelievable - flat out some of the best (and thickest) I've had in a while. Flaky, crispy, crunchy & covered with sea salt, their fries are a must.
All in all, cool spot to grab a bite and have a beer and if you're bar hopping, one worth stopping in!
The chicken tenders were delicious, fresh and a great size. Service was a bit slow but understandable on a Saturday with both Reds and fcc playing nearby. Would recommend if in the area. Good prices on beer too!

This is everything you could ever want in a Buffalo bar. It’s got it all - Labatt Blue, pizza logs (incredible by the way), wings, even beef on weck (also delicious). Great atmosphere, great service. Highly recommend!
Love this taste of Buffalo in Cincinnati. The Beef on Weck is fantastic and the wings are great. They even have pizza logs. As for non Buffalo food, the fries are extraordinary. They also have a decent selection of of draft beer but more frequent rotation would be awesome.
I love going here on Fridays for lunch.
Great for watching sports. The food is better than the average bar. Usually crowded, so it can be hard to find seats. Love the jukebox!!
Had a great lunch here while stopping in for my buddies graduation. Fries tasted like and looked like they were made fresh and on the spot. I got a chicken tender sub spicy. It absolutely kicked my butt (was still great) and featured only 2 tenders with ranch I didn’t ask for. I could see this place being a great place for a few friends to be regulars, hangout, and have a beer.
Had chicken tenders and chili cheese fries. Both were really good! Nice little place to hang out!
I very much appreciate that the au jus for a roast beef sandwich had either little or no salt in it! It was so good and smooth that I drank the rest of the juice!
Great food. Rougher neighborhood here in cincy but nice group of bars in the area. Cheap drinks for downtown
