Food was good again not great. Service was better than most Penn Stations that I have been to. Kinda ruined by the bathroom. Old and dirty. Hold it if you can. Have to say the fries were the highlight. Hot and fresh.

Me and my mom use to come here all the time. I have been going a different route home lately. But, today something told me to check them out again .. Sure enough I’m glad I did.. The same guy Randy was still there . Randy always have a smile on his face and he is always laughing. He took really good care of me and my mom sandwich. Randy also remembered what we like and how we like it . Thank you so much Randy. You are the best! Sandwiches was sooo good!!

Excellent bread. Love the melted everything. Fresh ingredients. Nicely fried fries. A tad overpriced. All in all if you want warm comfort food, this will do the trick.

I placed my order ahead online, which was an easy process, especially with customizing my subs. Friendly staff had the order ready on time, other than the fries. That's not a bad thing because they dropped the fries when I got there so they would be at their freshest, which I greatly appreciate. I've never been disappointed with the food here.

I live in FL, originally from Cinci and I literally crave Penn station all the time. So this trip home I made sure to get this amazing food. It exceeded all expectations 😍

Employees were friendly. Philly cheese steak is my favorite and was well made with plenty of ingredients.ust have lemonade and fries to complete the meal. Needed a nap afterwards.

COVID precautions taken. I went in for a cookie. The sandwiches being prepared looked and smelled delicious. Their food is a bit greasy for me but sometimes it's worth the after affects. The cookie was solid goodness. I will definitely buy another. Thumbs high. 👍

The service is always friendly. My wife loves their food. My biggest problem with Penn Station as a chain involves their location designs. I have a big family and we love to eat together. The seating at a Penn Station is designed for individuals eating alone or parties of four or fewer. We don't eat here very often because they just don't have adequate seating for larger groups. However, their food is delicious.
