Stopped in on a Friday evening for a quick drink before a show at music hall. Small, cozy bar with an upscale feel and excellent service. Will visit again!

Very sleek, classy bar offering creative cocktails and great service! The "pencil", named after one of the fishes in their tank, was my favorite.

Low Spark is a cool little bar with great drinks and service. They have a modest draft beer list with a good variety of beers, several cocktails and even a few mocktails. We had a little of everything when we visited and it was all really good.
The service was quick and polite and the atmosphere of the place is just really fun and chill. Definitely worth stopping by for a drink or two when out and about.

Friendly, fun and affordable - just like the best neighborhood bars, but it's also chill, cozy, and classy. Also, good background music.
Solid cocktail, beer and wine selections (at least a dozen drafts). Great bartenders and fast service. Nice aquarium. Happy hour and daily specials are pretty good deals too.
Ideally located for drinks before or after dining at some of the best restaurants in OTR. Outdoor seating available (warm months).

Wish I could get downtown more often to stop in to Low Spark. Always have a nice time when stopping in for a few cocktails. I love the retro atmosphere and the fish tank.

Lower lighting but still an amazing atmosphere. Also still a bit of a hidden gem in OTR. I have been going here for years and have never had an issue getting a set. If you are waiting for a seat at a close restaurant I highly recommend checking out Low Spark for a quick drink.
