We went for an ultrasound with Julie. She was very kind and patient and made us feel so at ease even though we were initially quite anxious. She didn’t rush through the appointment at all and we felt like she was very genuine and invested despite having a really busy day. Thank you so much, we really appreciated it!

We have been so lucky to meet Erica during our pregnancy journey. We have walked along this path together, as we attended the hypnobirthing class with Erica, but also hired Erica as our doula for birth and I have been lucky to also experience the post Partum circle. Erica is very easy to connect with and I would say it is one of her super powers. She was also able to provide so much knowledge, thoughtful advice, and great references as I was navigating this, Erica has made all the difference for me. From the moment we have started this journey, I have felt like she was always available for me, and she would leave me so impressed with how she would remember all the things I would share with her, and be able to follow up on it. Thank you, a million time to you Erica and to your team.

My husband and I can’t say enough good things about Nurture’s Hypnobirthing class! Erica Paulson was very personable and down to earth. She was open, and shared her own experiences, as well as taught how to actively advocate for yourself and your baby, and why it’s important to have a voice. The class was informational on what would happen with each stage of labor, but also emotionally and mentally empowering. After everyone in the class had their babies, we also had a class reunion. Every couple was given the time to tell our birth story, which was therapeutic. There was connection in everyone having sharing commonality with this life changing event, and knowing you are not alone in your experience, whether it was good or bad. My only grievance was that we didn’t actually practice any kind of meditation in class, and I felt at a loss, not knowing if I was doing things right. But going through the birth process, I realized that what you use to “get in the zone,” is so intimate and personal to you that it wouldn’t be the same to practice with a group of people. (Nurture offers a guided meditation class that I also took, as more guidance from Erica).

Absolutely the most amazing experience. My husband and I will definitely be back. This is our first pregnancy. The experience I can’t express enough was absolutely amazing. Amazing office, the ambiance was very beautiful, comfortable, and calming. The people were the the friendliest from front desk to the entire session. Our appointment was with Elizabeth and she was so friendly and kind. 10/10 would recommend to any pregnant mom looking at getting a few extra glances at their baby.

When my husband and I found out that we were pregnant we knew right away that we wanted to deliver 100% natural, but the reality of that was a bit overwhelming. Through lots of research I decided that hypnobirthing was going to be the route I wanted to take in order to prepare my mind and body for the labor and delivery. That is where Nurture came in. We were lucky enough to find their website the day before the next hypnobirthing session started with Erica at Nurture and signed up immediately. Throughout the class my husband and I gained so much knowledge and confidence thanks to Erica. Her expertise shined through when speaking about all things baby! We knew right away that we wanted her to be apart of our birth. Soon after the class ended we signed up for Nurture’s full doula services. The immediate support that we felt was amazing. From the initial introduction meeting to the the weekly prenatal zoom calls to the weekly guided meditations…Erica and her team were there to answer any questions we had and support us through all twists and turns that our pregnancy brought with zero judgment. The day came for our little one to make his appearance and we were blessed to have Erica join us for our birth. I truly believe that her presence, expertise and guidance along side all the tools that I had learned and practiced from her hypnobirthing class helped me have the most incredible birth. We were able to deliver 100% natural with zero medical intervention and have the calm and meaningful birth I have always wanted. I cannot thank Erica and Nurture enough. I only wish I had found them sooner! Anyone who is pregnant NEEDS Nurture in their life. There is so much support available to you there. 💕
