Bob Evans didn’t want to seat anyone with only seven cars in the lot. So we came to this place. I’m glad this happened because this is a really good little restaurant. We had a table within 30 seconds of walking in, server was on top of everything, proactive, and pleasant. Good food as well. I will remember this place for sure. Nice Job Frisch’s!

The store was very clean and orderly. The staff were polite and swift with taking orders and payments. The food came out rather quickly, hot, and absolutely delicious. It was a great experience for me and my family.

Went back, and this time, it was amazing, Kristopher was amazing and honestly should get a raise. His serve was impeccable, very attentive, and kind, but he also kept busy (which is good!). I was a manager for several years and can say that he seems very experienced. While the food was average, he elevated our experience. I will totally go back solely, just hoping to get his section.

Left Cracker Barrell due to poor customer service and drove to Frisch's. Always good food here. Management really down to Earth and was educating us on the time line of the red headed big boy ( that me and my family seen at the American Sign Museum in Cincinnati) instead of black headed big boy. Customer service was excellent even though our waitress was pregnant. I'm sure she was tired. She didn't show it. She was on it. Zooming around doing everything. So impressed by her and the staff. They did great !

Joslyn, was great ! Very attentive and professional. The kitchen staff really does an excellent job. We have been coming in once a week for the past year. By far the best Frisch’s in the Cincinnati area.

We made a late night Hot Fudge Cake with the fam! Great experience. It was quiet in there and the staff was very nice. We have Shoney's where we are from. It's basically the same place.

Food was hot, the wait staff was fast and friendly. My only some what concern/complaint was someone sounded unwell in the kitchen. On the dining floor we could hear them sneezing and coughing.

I never thought I would like tarter sauce on a burger but Big Boy changed my mind. I had the B L T burger and it was a very good burger. I also tried the hot fudge cake which was delicious. Hot fudge cake is a large portion perfect for sharing.

Had the worst experience here. A girl named Alexis messed up my entire order.then they forgot all of the other orders. Had to tell them to make a new order.. We told the manager we were leaving. His excuse was he was new all the waitress came out and started saying I called her stupid. The manager had his employees put of control. Couldn't handle them. We walked out. Will never be back..
