The store was very clean and orderly. The staff were polite and swift with taking orders and payments. The food came out rather quickly, hot, and absolutely delicious. It was a great experience for me and my family.

The gentleman at the drive thru was pleasant and so friendly. It was so nice to be greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. Please know James represents Frisch's very well!

Food was hot, the wait staff was fast and friendly. My only some what concern/complaint was someone sounded unwell in the kitchen. On the dining floor we could hear them sneezing and coughing.

We made a late night Hot Fudge Cake with the fam! Great experience. It was quiet in there and the staff was very nice. We have Shoney's where we are from. It's basically the same place.

Went back, and this time, it was amazing, Kristopher was amazing and honestly should get a raise. His serve was impeccable, very attentive, and kind, but he also kept busy (which is good!). I was a manager for several years and can say that he seems very experienced. While the food was average, he elevated our experience. I will totally go back solely, just hoping to get his section.

Joslyn, was great ! Very attentive and professional. The kitchen staff really does an excellent job. We have been coming in once a week for the past year. By far the best Frisch’s in the Cincinnati area.

Bob Evans didn’t want to seat anyone with only seven cars in the lot. So we came to this place. I’m glad this happened because this is a really good little restaurant. We had a table within 30 seconds of walking in, server was on top of everything, proactive, and pleasant. Good food as well. I will remember this place for sure. Nice Job Frisch’s!

Andrea was really nice. Our food was quick, hot and fresh. we asked for extra tartar sauce, and Andrea didn’t hesitate. We really enjoyed our time inside the restaurant it was very clean.
