Eastgate Ohio, It does not matter what time I come here, the food is hot and fresh every time. Once it was so fresh they didnt waste time to let the counter dry after they wipe it with cleaner before putting food on it.
Of the last 5 visits, 5 were great.
One prior was not so great, which is why I deducted one star.
We had an incident that resulted in our burgers tasting like some kind of cleaner. We were already way out of town when we tried to eat our food or we would have taken it back, instead threw it out and called it a "whoops" as it had never happened before. Or since. We still enjoy eating here and it's always made right, fresh, and hot, served with a smile or polite staff member, no matter how busy they get.
Super random because I was at White Castle at 2 in the morning but the manager got on the intercom system explained everything I asked very carefully and when I got my food it was hot and fresh. The dude even had recommendations. Whoever is running this place knows how to hire people. Also the young lady who originally took my order was extremely professional. Waste ur time at the McDonald’s because even the burgs are better If u get the sense to choose this White Castle.
Very friendly interaction, the person taking my order was mad nice, even though it was a bit of a wait it was fine cause I understand the time I ordered was a busy time. They handled it very well and my food was on point besides the onion things that were dry and old but everything else was great and we did order a lot so that cold onions may have been on me. The service people there were great and I've never had a bad interaction with them. Thanks again guys and gals!
The plant based sliders are super! Ordered ahead and was given the time our order would be ready. Arrived 10 minutes late and the was not ready. Not big deal, but maybe change your lead time so there is no waiting at the assigned time.

Even with the changeup on their drive-thru, the wait time for a crave pack 30 sliders was less than 7 minutes. The burgers were fresh and delicious, and the crew was extremely friendly. Overall, I'm pleased with the new changeup and I hope it follows with other whitecastle locations!
We stopped by after the Jelly Roll concert. We waited in the drivethru for over an hour. ...the lady working the drive thru was phenomenal. They were professional, friendly and worked as quick and hard as they could. There was at least a couple hundred people coming through the drive thru and/or inside to dine.

Construction makes it hard to get to the place, then when you do, the drive thru is under construction too. But the service was still good under the circumstances...
Omg I rarely ever get to have this because it's so far away and they did not disappoint! Everything was so hot fresh and great. I was very happy.
It's been a couple of years since I visited a White Castle. The drive-thru was quick and the people are freindly. I was happy with my order.
My go-to for a quick breakfast when I'm in the neighborhood. Actually want some now just from reviewing the place.
