Beautiful set up. The lighting was perfect. The food was the best fast food I’d ever had. They handle the pandemic extremely well. Masks everywhere. Very clean. The employees were so personable and even gave me directions!!!! If I could give them ten stars, I would. God bless
We went through the drive-thru and got White castle's, chicken rings & french fries. All food was good. Sometimes you just crave White castle's. Sadly they took ours away in Wilmington so we don't have them as often as we used to. Now, a nice treat!!
This store was awesome; the staff was fast, very friendly, very courteous, the order was made correctly and i was charged the correct price. The food was hot and tasted exactly add i would expect odd the establishment. The store wad clean, the bathrooms were clean and in short you should find no reason to complain! Plus, sliders. Right? :)

Edit: Top notch people confirmed our order today... And they were super kind! I received the best service today, and am chowing on the Impossible Burger atm. This location deserves 10 stars. I'm excited to return!
I visited this location the day they rolled out the Impossible Burger. It's gotta be challenging to learn a new menu item, and it took a little extra time to cook (I was told when I received it that the first one had fallen apart). They were so apologetic and offered me a drink for my wait. No complaints, they were delicious!
Staying in mason for Halloween haunt. Wanted something quick and easy to take back to the hotel. Went through the drive through and were assisted by Lonnie. Most professional and courteous fast food employee I have ever come across. Even while training a new employee. Which makes this experience worth more than 5 stars in my opinion. Training the younger generation to be kind professional and quick.
So it's fast food.
But the staff is fun (At the Fields Ertel location at least) and the food comes in small controllable quantities. White Castle is always trying some interesting variation on their slider, so there's frequently something new to try. To add to the unique vibe, they also serve caffeine Free Diet Coke AND Big Red. Who else does that? No one.
If you want maximum calories per dollar, there are other places. You want a little something unique? There's White Castle.
You know what you're getting into when you go to White Castle. This location has friendly and quick staff, and the food quality was good. There was plenty of parking and it was easy to get into and out of the location. The inside was also clean and had plenty of tables to sit at.
What can I say! Gotta have my sliders! We make an effort to get White Castle every time we pass through. As like all the locations, this one was perfect! Didn't disappoint!
I've even at lots of white castles from all over the country and I can say this is by far the best one I've ever been to. Food was not only fresh but I waited about as long as I normally do at the one in fairfield oh. Which just shows me how absolutely lazy the people at the fairfield location are!
I want to thank whomever was working there at the time of my visit and say im glad to know that there are some people who although might hate their job here, at least have the dignity and respect for the customers to make the food fresh and to give their customers a pleasant experience!
