This location is great. The service is quick and my glass was refilled fairly often. The food was prompt and correct. They have a great dinner deal when you get a calzone you get a salad free. It also may be the same if you get a sandwich but I haven't tried yet. Stop in if you in the tri-county area.

We came to the Cincinnati area to celebrate my son’s 17th birthday. We were looking for a dine-in place close to our hotel. We completely lucked into choosing LaRosa’s. Being from Northern Ohio, we had never encountered this chain. It certainly didn’t feel (or taste) like a chain. We ordered the crispy pan crust on each of our pizzas. We also ordered French fries and house made potato chips that came with a sweet and spicy diablo dip. I am not the “Diablo girl” as I don’t prefer too much heat but the dip was the perfect complement! The food was incredible, the menu was diverse and the service was warm, attentive and welcoming. Hayden gave us top notch service and from my son’s reaction, I believe LaRosa’s may become part of a yearly tradition!
Pizza was great Calzones are literally the greatest!! Definitely will be back, service was very friendly, got drinks right away, and don't take long for food.
My son is home from college for spring break, so the family decided to go to a local favorite. It’s been three months since he has had it, so we went. Our waitress was very good as she was training someone as well. She was up on it in regards to filling our glasses up as well. The food was great as always!
Wanted pizza for dinner, but didn't want the same old pizza that we have at home. So we saw this place and gave it a try, the young man behind the counter was very helpful and answered any questions we had since we had never been here. Price was far, food was ready in about 15min. And well worth it, I had a clazone, my wife had a chicken sandwich, my daughter got a small cheese pizza and we pick out some dessert. Would eat again and do recommend for some good eats and friendly staff, thank you.
The employees were friendly and kind. The waiting area had a small bench to wait on the pickup order. The food came out hot.

Pizza: Pizza crust thickness was perfect-neither too thin nor too thick. Crust was perfectly baked as can be seen from pics. Perfect amount of cheese and sauce combination. Pizza sauce used is a little sweeter than what they use at other places which is why gave 4 stars. I usually avoid eating crust unless it is a gluten free one (because that's light) but that's not the case here. My hand tossed crust was actually light and yummy.
Pasta: Perfect alfredo pasta. Ziti was perfectly cooked and was very soft. White sauce was good and one can add black pepper and a little salt to make it better if needed. Chicken was perfectly cooked.
Delivery: Perfect. Delivery was shown 30-40 min. Driver came within 20-25 min. Food was so hot that I had to wait for it to cool down. Driver was polite.
Cannot expect anything more from a pizzeria.
I love Larosas. The pizza is amazing. I hit at lunchtime and it was crowded and kind of slow service. I expected it since it was around 1pm.

Had lunch at LaRosa's Pizza today, Thursday (1/19/23) with a party of eight. Our waitress was Jackie and she was the best. She was very attentive to our needs and she had a very nice personality, perfect for a waitress. Our food came out in a timely manner and everything seemed perfect - I heard no complaints. At a time when most restaurants are struggling to find and keep good and help, Jackie was exceptional - we will be back.
Way to go LaRosa's Springdale!
Ok wow guys great job seriously my day started out bad but your cook in the back who made my pizza made my day 10x better. I'm smiling ear to ear. Delicious double pepperoni pizza and best service I ever have had from a pizza place. You are the joe burrow of pizza making!
