Hadn't enjoyed a Bob Evans Sunshine Skillet for a while so that's what I ordered to go. My excellent waitress at the counter (Mallory π) pleasantly took my order and it wasn't long before I had it. I was pleased that apple butter was available for my wheat toast.
The bowl of breakfast food was just like it should be and the coffee was fresh and hot. That made a good start for the day.
I took one star away because of the price. But everything else was great.

I was so delighted with our experience! The pot roast sandwich was so good and the potatoe soup was delicious ! Best part was our server who was so nice and brought us everything we needed without asking. Definitely coming back!

At this Bob Evans I was served old food. We arrived around 11:15 and the biscuits and meet that they served me had clearly been cooked hours earlier however I complained and sent it back and ordered another dish which ended up being okay nothing to write home about. After doing a difference review about my experience. Bob Evans reached out to me.
They apologized. They sent me a gift card to use another time. I so appreciate that. Most companies are not even trying to fix it when people in their restaurants mess up or cause a problem.

Typical Bob Evans food and friendly staff. Our food took a while for a table of 4 and the staff was very apologetic. I enjoyed the multiple warm ups on my coffee. Overall the dining experience was pleasant!

I enjoyed the wait staff here. All seemed to smile and do a great job checking in with the tables once or twice. The country fried steak was meal was perfect for me!

So I have order my food for Thanksgiving and it was so disorganized there. The guy forgot to take my credit card from me to pay for my food, so it was so packed in there so I left. Lol thank Bob Evans. The food was greatπππ

Went in to eat after a long travel day. Sarenity waited on me and was genuinely sweet and nice. Food I ordered was quite good and certainly had generous portions

Best value for breakfast. Grits are a hidden menu item and are done well. Everything is good here. Biscuits and gravy are as good as anywhere.

Got my server trained well coffe on the table when I get inside server does a great job and team does good some days not so well on the toast could be burned or soft like from the bag

We came in during dinner rush and they only had one server taking care of the whole restaurant. Debbie was our waitress and she did a phenomenal job. Management and kitchen staff were excellent and handled the short staffing issue like champions.

My friends and I visited this location during the Cincinnati jazz fest this weekend and received horrible service. The waitress was rude the food was undercooked and served cold. Once remade they piece milled it out to the table which once again ruined the dining experience. Having been in consumer relations for 17yrs, I felt it my duty to share my disappointment with the manager on staff and he nodded and gave us a 50% percent discount which was another slap in the face. Needless to say my hard earned dollars will never be spent at Bob Evans again.

Came in for lunch after work an service was horrible they seem to be more concerned about there cell phone then the customer, bacon cheeseburger was burnt, an co worker I came in with her turkey an dressing was dry an tasted like cardboard! Got our money back an left to go get a pizza, will never return! Asked the cashier for a manager an they said the manager on duty was to busy to come out an talk to us! Bob Evans has really gotten bad! They microwave everything, nothing home cooked anymore, cheddars an cracker barrel are better! Will NEVER come back and will spread the word around work Monday for sure! Horrible restaurant!
