So I have order my food for Thanksgiving and it was so disorganized there. The guy forgot to take my credit card from me to pay for my food, so it was so packed in there so I left. Lol thank Bob Evans. The food was great👍👏😊

I enjoyed the wait staff here. All seemed to smile and do a great job checking in with the tables once or twice. The country fried steak was meal was perfect for me!

Went in to eat after a long travel day. Sarenity waited on me and was genuinely sweet and nice. Food I ordered was quite good and certainly had generous portions

I was so delighted with our experience! The pot roast sandwich was so good and the potatoe soup was delicious ! Best part was our server who was so nice and brought us everything we needed without asking. Definitely coming back!

At this Bob Evans I was served old food. We arrived around 11:15 and the biscuits and meet that they served me had clearly been cooked hours earlier however I complained and sent it back and ordered another dish which ended up being okay nothing to write home about. After doing a difference review about my experience. Bob Evans reached out to me.
They apologized. They sent me a gift card to use another time. I so appreciate that. Most companies are not even trying to fix it when people in their restaurants mess up or cause a problem.

Hadn't enjoyed a Bob Evans Sunshine Skillet for a while so that's what I ordered to go. My excellent waitress at the counter (Mallory 👍) pleasantly took my order and it wasn't long before I had it. I was pleased that apple butter was available for my wheat toast.
The bowl of breakfast food was just like it should be and the coffee was fresh and hot. That made a good start for the day.
I took one star away because of the price. But everything else was great.

Best value for breakfast. Grits are a hidden menu item and are done well. Everything is good here. Biscuits and gravy are as good as anywhere.
