You kidding, who could not review Graeter's Ice Cream an Excellent. Always been a fan. Have gone to the Hyde Park location for 40+ years. A cone and a walk around Hyde Park Square is a delight...a tradition.

Was visiting Cincy and looking for a place to eat ice cream and found this place online and boy was it delicious ! The taste of the ice cream was none like I ever had before . Highly recommended, especially if visiting the area. You won’t want to miss this ice cream spot ! Blackberry chocolate chip is delicious !
What a nice little ice cream shop with a little section of toys that my kids loved. Everyone also loved the cute little eyes they put on the ice cream to create little smiling frogs. Definitely makes you smile! I ordered the black cherry flavor because I heard it was what they were known for. Everyone enjoyed the ice cream.

Great staff, very friendly, ice cream is great. Very unpleasant sewage smell when you walk in and the lack of public restroom for paying customers isn't great but the kindness of the staff makes up for it.

I was angry with Graeter’s because of the poor customer service I received with an order for candy I placed over the web. They never shipped my mother’s delicious pecan patties at Christmas and the lady at their corporate office acted like she was doing me a favor to “reshio it” even though they never provided UPS tracking and it was never sent. Some remedial coaching for her is in order.
Wrecking Christmas for my mother aside, how can you remain angry at the best ice cream maker in the world? How can you argue with 150 years of experience ?
The people at this location are kind and attentive and this place is always busy. Kathy is a little strict, but has a kind heart. It is always a pleasure to visit here, and you cannot find better ice cream anywhere in the world. Seriously. I am still a little angry at them, so I would take pleasure in telling you that the ice cream sucks; it is the best in the world.
Neighborhood scoop shop serving up some of the best ice cream and desserts in the country. Usually packed, but the line moves swiftly.
A real treat. A chain, but each store feels like an old-time, mom/pop malt shop. Had a giant sundae that was delicious. Cute store in cute part of town. Friendly service. Will come back. Lots of families.
