Despite extending the invitation to multiple coworkers, only SP accepted, so we browsed the restaurant's expansive menu on their website and quickly settled on our preferred sandwiches. I opted for the #4 Turkey Tom, while SP went with the #6 The Veggie. Since we were in the midst of a busy workday, we opted for the pickup option, and were pleased to discover that this particular JJ's location was just two miles away from our workplace. As I pulled into the restaurant's parking lot, I couldn't help but notice how empty it was during the typically busy lunch hour. However, once I stepped inside, I found myself in a cozy dining hall where all the tables and seats were arranged neatly on the side of one long wall, reminiscent of a museum exhibit. The decor on the walls was minimal but tasteful, resembling a work of art, and the walls themselves had a unique aesthetic appeal. The counter was located opposite the wall of tables, and was staffed by a friendly young woman who quickly and efficiently handed me my order, which was placed in a generic paper bag, with each sandwich thoughtfully wrapped in JJ's branded wax paper. Turning my attention to the food, I eagerly opened my #4 Turkey Tom to reveal a fresh and delicious sandwich. The ingredients were all expertly arranged, with the turkey, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, hot pepper, onion, oregano and basil, and HELLMANN’S® Mayonnaise nestled snugly between two slices of French bread. Each flavor was distinct and well-defined, yet combined perfectly to create a harmonious taste profile. The bread was soft and slightly sweet, the veggies were crisp and fresh, and the turkey was savory and satisfying. The HELLMANN’S® Mayonnaise added a light and complementary touch, while the oregano and basil added a pleasing herbal aroma. Sipping from my regular Fountain Diet Coke® provided a refreshing accompaniment to each delicious bite, and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my sandwich. It was a truly satisfying meal that I would rate a perfect 5/5. As for SP's #6 The Veggie, it was also a delicious masterpiece. It featured French bread, Provolone, avocado spread, cucumber, lettuce, and tomato, all without mayo. In addition, SP ordered a 20oz Bottle Sprite® and a bag of Jalapeño Jimmy Chips®, which we were both eager to sample. SP was effusive in her praise for the sandwich, describing it as fresh, flavorful, and satisfying, despite the absence of any meat. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and I couldn't wait to try the sandwich for myself during my next visit. After finishing her sandwich in record time, SP opened the bag of Jalapeño Jimmy Chips® and offered me some to sample. We both marveled at the savory and delicious taste, wondering what secret ingredients the chips might contain. Overall, JJ's proved to be a great value, offering cheap and delicious sandwiches that are fully customizable to suit each customer's preferences. The restaurant's menu is extensive, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Additionally, the interior is clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy and inviting space in which to enjoy a meal. While I did come across some negative reviews about the attitude of the staff, I personally experienced nothing but polite and efficient service during my visit. SP's recommendation of the restaurant did not disappoint, and I am grateful for her expertise and knowledge in the culinary world. I will continue to rely on SP's culinary guidance in the future!

The staff noticed I was sitting in the parking lot trying to figure out how to order online because my son had just fallen asleep in the car. They gave me the number to call to place my order and walked outside to had me my food so I didn't have to get my son out. Very thoughtful and respectful. Not to mention the food was great and came out very quick as always! Thank you to the staff that day!

This location is really busy when you place orders for delivery around lunch on weekdays (12-1:30). I’m assuming because of all the offices and hotels in the area which, obviously the store has zero control over but does affect delivery times. The GM, Dallas, is great and has awesome customer service. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the drivers or had food I was disappointed with delivered to me.
