My wife and I had the Lamp Korma and the spinach Saag. Both were excellent. In fact this was some of the best Indian food I have had.!!! Thank you for the great service and the wonderful food. We will definitely be back!!!!!

Excellent food, quiet environment on a Sunday afternoon. We ordered two appetizers (Mixed Platter and Aloo Tikki), they arrived hot and delicious, along with the trio of sauces.
We ordered two main entrees (chicken tikka Masala and Chicken Biryani). Both were very flavorful and had good heat, without being unpleasant. The bread we had was good as well but a bit oily.
Our server was helpful and refilled our drinks in a timely manner. We will definitely go back and recommend to our friends.
Tried their veggie combo as well as Awaze Tibs. Both were good but I've had better Ethiopian food outside of Cincinnati. I'll go back to try their Indian food.
I never write reviews but a friend and I visited Elephant Walk in September and I still think about my chicken tikka masala and garlic naan a few times a week. One of the best meals I’ve ever had, enough food that I could eat to being full at the restaurant and had 2 leftover meals. Ambience was fantastic, service was fantastic, great food and great value. My friend also loved everything that he ordered!
We had a great birthday lunch here for my father. The prices are excellent and the food is great quality. The server was very kind and quick. Thanks will be back soon.
The food was an absolute BANGER! Got a lunch platter combo thing (thali?) for $10 flat (pre-tip), and it was hands down the best I've ever eaten. From left to right I had chicken korma (replaced it for the default Tikka masala), chicken curry, and saag (if i remember right), some simple wholesome soup, and a sweet cold rice pudding. The middle had the freshest salad ever! The whole ensemble was perfect because I got rich and savory with tons of spices and flavors, filling and warm with the soup, sharp fresh light salads/greens, and a sweet dessert. I love rice alone and their rice was delicious and fragrant, and the naan isn't anything to write home about, but it was fire to dip it in the curries or scoop our the meats. An everything-in-one meal! Best of all, there was no way I could finish it all in 1 meal so I took half home to eat as easy leftovers (which were still AMAZING) so really it was like $5 per meal. It was so well-balanced and perfect I rave about this place and my order everywhere I go. Definitely recommend this place, I know I'll be coming back all the time. In fact, I'm writing this review at work because I was so hungry and couldn't stop thinking about this meal
EDIT: I got spice level 2/6 and I feel it was perfect. Just enough to not be plain, just enough to give the lips a buzz, but not so much that I can't eat it without sweating
My mom got the lunch curry platter and I got the Ethiopian platter and a delish Samuel Adams!
I cannot express how good the good here is in words. The quality and quantity I received for the more than fair price is absurd. I will definitely be back. I made three meals for less than $15. One of which got me through a 12 hour shift. Not to mention the politeness of the staff. Definitely recommend their dessert.
It was a great experience and a great thing, knowing you can get authentic ethnic cuisine. Out server rose was gorgeous and an excellent server. It was a good dine. If you like Indian, stop by this place.
Update 2023: Still delicious. This time they told us the spice level was out of 10. Menu still says 6. I got 5, I'm not sure if that was 5/10 or 5/6. My girlfriend for 2/? and it was perfect, a friend with us got 3/? and it was a bit spicy for his taste but otherwise he was also super impressed.
Always delicious, always.
(A few years ago) I had lunch here yesterday. The food was amazing, I had the Ethiopian Veggie Platter. All of the veggie dishes on the Ethiopian side of the menu are vegan which was very welcomed. I got 4/6 on the heat scale it was perfect for me. My girlfriend got 3/6 chicken saag, it was a bit too hot for her, however she powered through as best she could because it was so delicious. The sambussas on the Ethiopian side of the menu were the real star of the show, we were both amazed by how flavourful they are.
Would love to give the food 4.5 stars but that is not an option and I am rounding-down because the beef-tibs, while delicious, the meat was way over-cooked and down right rubbery.
The lamb stew was perfect in every way possible. The lentils were very good if a little over-seasoned with cardamom.
The samosa-chat was absolutely delicious and cooked to near perfection but with a tiny taste-presence of over-used oil on the samosas themselves.
Will I go back? Absolutely! Must give a gem like this another chance.
Service was exceptional!
The food was excellent! Unfortunately, many of the items we wanted were not available. There was a slight language barrier with the server, but she did a good job despite it . I ordered wings. They were fantastic.
