Mcdonald's

Cashier was extremely rude rushing us. There was no one in the drive-thru so it wasn't because they were busy. There's more sauce on the outside of the bread than there is on the sandwich itself. Only about 20% of the sauce actually made it onto the sandwich. I understand being busy and obviously i'm not expecting a 5 star gourmet fish sandwich from the mcdonalds drive-thru but as someone who was a cook for 10+ years and always making sure i try my best when it comes to handling peoples food as I would want the same when it comes to my food I expected them to at least put the sauce on the sandwich.

I stopped in the McDonald's on Hampton street in Holyoke? I couldn't find a phone number to call. I picked up breakfast for myself and my friend I ordered 2 of the cheese bacon omelet bites. When I got to the window they had one veggie omelet bite so I told her no I had the wrong order and I ordered 2 of the cheddar and bacon ones. She came out and she had 1 So I said no I said I ordered 2 so she went in the back and came out like 30 seconds later. well we eat them on the way to work because we can't eat them at work. No time. One was fine..the other was ice cold. Needless to say I ate mine stone cold.

Absolutely garbage service didn't receive part of my order and they said "you didn't order that go around ." So we did and then they said they were closed. Lmao so we went to taco bell and told them what happened they called them d*ck heads and gave us all of our food and two free pizzas viva LA taco bell live mas.

Absolutely the worst fast food experience in my lifetime. My grandson wanted a big mac so we went here. 4 cars in line at the drive thru it took 25 mins to get our order. 3 big macs, a vanilla shake and chicken macnuggets. When we git to the pay window the overpaid cashier ask if I wanted my receipt I said yes. He gave me someone elses receipt. We got to the pick up window the order still wasn't' t ready. When we got home 2 of the big macs were not warm. Then I went to eat one the roll broke apart, dried out, and one of the patties fell out. It was a 1/4 inch thick and not even round, dried out piece of yuck. I have never had a worse burger than that and it cost $5.89. Garbage!

my mom and my nieces came to eat at the playground area. we had to wait 40+ minutes for our food to comes to us because they didn’t see us at our table, and they had the audacity to say “you had to come get your tray” when they were specifically supposed to deliver it to our table. how does this even happen?

First and foremost, this restaurant is absolutely filthy. I just visited for breakfast, first thing at 8a.m. and the restaurant floors, tables, benches, seats, drink area, and especially the children's play area is dirty and unclean. There is dirt and debris, food , dried sauces, and dried liquids everywhere in plain sight (my pictures don't do it justice) . Keep in mind, this is at 8am, a time near opening, when it should be CLEAN. If this is how this McDonald's keeps the state of their dining area, I can only imagine how much worse it is behind the counter. I will specifically not be coming back to this location for the sole reason of how unreasonably gross it feels in the inside. The only reason for 2 stars is for the nice service we received.

McDonald's has been a part of my life since I was a little kid. Eating their cheeseburgers and fries bring me back to the good old days of child innocence and magic. For over 40 years they have been serving good fast food . I like this location because they are open 24-7. Really nice indoor seating area, fireplace,wood,bricks etc. Very cozy. Large play area for children to have fun and socialize with other kids while us adults take a breathe and watch them play. Great breakfast options, their hashbrowns are yummy as well as their sausage biscuits or sausage english muffin sanwiches. They are also inexpensive which is a plus. Managers are super cool and friendly here. Good people. Good food.
