My Wife placed an order over the phone. The guy who took the order did not take our phone number, and took the address down completely wrong. It took a little over an hour, and we called to see where the food was. Instead of being apologetic, they answered asking for more money for the chicken wings they forgot to charge for. I ended up asking for the supervisor James and he answered the phone very rude and also unapologetic. He said "I dont see what the problem is the order is leaving now", which after an hour an a half is not a helpful statement coming from the supervisor. I explained we should be getting a discount or something free, because by the time we get the order it was pushing two hours. He seemed very bothered he had to give us some type of discount back for their mistake, and I told him he should train his associates better and to take a phone number and read back the address to customers (common sense). The driver finally showed up about two hours after the order was placed, high and looking for a tip. THE PIZZA ARRIVED COLD AND NOT EVEN SLICED... I am speaking with corporate office about this order, and we will never give this dominos another cent. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Our local Palmer location is always amazing. Deliveries are so much faster than expected, it's been a very long time since we actually had an issue with missing sauce cups etc, and the food is always fresh and delicious. The only recent time I can recall not being pleased with my order was when I ordered that new cheese dipping side and I don't know if it was overcooked or just simply gross, in which case it wouldn't have been their fault lol. Definitely recommend them!

Everything was okay at purchase/ pickup at Palmer Dominos till I got home and opened small pizza I ordered. Only I discovered that pizza was never cut to slices as should be so I had to get my own pizza cutter and discovered that crust was hard as a pretzel stick but that I didn't mind except made it difficult to cut slices. Was still good pizza .

I have been ordering from here for 3 years for my family size I spend atleast 100 to 125 and I always tip extremely well tonight I ordered spent 100 that's with the tip it's a no contact order I also have put that they are to call me 2 minutes out they have always done that since we live in a 2 unit home tonight no call food was left on my neighbor's steps after 10 minutes my son went to bring the trash out and there was our food my husband called n spoke to dante who had no care in the world my bread bowl wasnt cooked my sons pizza barely had chicken and was cold so u have officially lost a customer dante please find another job your attitude and how u just didnt care n hung up the phone was not appreciated at all

I just tried to order 2 pizzas and a sandwich. The guy would not stop talking over me. I gave him my card number. He asked for the cvc code on back. I stated it 7 times and he kept saying the wrong numbers. Each time I said it I said it slower. He asked for help there, no one would come help him. I am not satisfied.
