Everytime I order from you guys something is messed up. And ima regular customer regardless . Every time lately a patty on a bgr is missing or you never have items . But today omg the worst service ever . I found plastic or idk what the hell in my food . I took pictures. Can’t believe it . Wish delivery service offered what store to pick instead of this one . This is ridiculous like this needs to stop.

The staff are very disrespectful very unprofessional. I had a bug in my lemonade. The bathroom is very dirty. behind the counter was a mess. They’re unorganized. there was no plastic forks spoons or knives. no ketchup cups. The tables were dirty with food crumbs and they started arguing with me. they had an new employee at the register it was his first day during rush hour. my chili was cold and my fries were disgusting. this place is horrible this place needs to be shut down and have a whole new staff team ONE STAR🤮

Our order was Wrong my husband Had to go back In and Wait for the fries they forgot to give us. They didn't have Large fry containers they also didn't tell us when we ordered that our sandwiches toppings they were out of. I wouldn't of spent almost $30 for fast food that was Almost cold by the time my husband Came out with more fries they forgot and his No mayo sandwich.

It was the worst meal we have had at any restaurant in the past month. Went up for cold fries 3 time and they had no chilli ready for sale they said it would be ready in 20 minutes but closed in 30 minutes. This was only one of the items potato did not have any sour cream and no butter. The worst meal ever had burgers were awful. They need a manger or some service providers on site.

Forced to wait nearly 20 minutes at the drivethrough because they needed a moment just to make my order. When someone finally comes on to take my order I clearly communicate exactly what I want because of mistakes they made in the past. When I go to get my meal at the window not only does the girl forget to give me my drinks as I drive away, she also forgot to give me back my change so I was forced to turn around and go into the resturant to get the things I was missing. Already aggrivated, I arrive home and see once again they messed up my order and gave me things I didnt ask for. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HAD WORSE SERVICE THAN AT THIS WENDIES! IT WAS'NT EVEN BUSY! THESE PEOPLE ARE LITERALLY JUST THERE TO COLLECT CHECKS BECAUSE THEY CLEARLY ARE NOT WORKING!

Last visit to Wendy's was very unpleasant. 2 gentlemen placed their orders and there was no one else waiting in line to order except my friend and I. The young lady behind the counter was standing around waiting for the previous order to be completed and completely ignored us. After a lengthy wait I asked if she could take our orders and she responded yes and then went back to her previous idle wait. After a few minutes more we left and never want to return....
