They have some good consistent pizza I usually order a pizza every week. I've been through all the chicopee pizza shops and for me this is the best. John's crust is to chewy. falls is inconsistent. But romanos is great mostly every time. Nice soft crisp crust plenty of cheese and the sauce has a good flavor.

Ordered my food online while I was outside in the parking lot at 6:00p today. I got my confirmation by email at 6:01p walked in at 6:21p to see if the food was ready and the lady in the front couldn’t find it. Turns out she was too busy talking with a customer about an Amazon job that she never realized the paper printed. Then she lied and said oh it just printed which was a complete lie. I walked out and told her to cancel the order and she was like ok bye. Rudest person def should not be working there .

I come here most days to get 2 slices of cheese pizza w/ a can of soda and I have to say its the best pizza that I ever had, also nice employees and very kind people

Romano's has many offerings similar to many pizza establishments of this type. Not fancy but a good place non the less. My wife and son had pizza which included combo and pepperoni. I had the Antipasto Salad. We also shared some honey BBQ wings. The food was very good! The Staff there were great! Very friendly and could not have been nicer!! We will definitely come back! They are located in Chicopee Center and there is plenty of parking! Give them a try!!! You wont regret it!!!
