Ihop

Service was excellent, however the same could not be said about the prices or the food. I've been coming to this IHOP for over 15 years and have seen it develop into a more profit driven franchise. The quality of the food is mediocre at best despite the prices suggesting otherwise. This is not meant to degrade the effort on behalf of the staff and cooks, as I think they are doing the best they can with the tools they are provided. If you go to this IHOP it'll be a friendly reminder as to why you should have went to Denny's.

The food is good, but the service has room for improvement. At the time of ordering, many options are made and agreed upon, but when the food arrives the options weren't met. If you want a quiet meal this location isn't it. On the flip side if you want a group meeting and want to be a little loud it's totally okay. Final opinion, the food is worth getting. I recommend IHOP if you have the craving for it.

Staff was nice, however the server seemed to be annoyed that one of the kids ordered a milkshake. Told us it would "be awhile" if we wanted the shake. Had no chocolate syrup for the chocolate milk or milkshakes. Restaurant was nearly empty yet it took quite awhile to get our food. Food quality was Ok - nothing special.

I used to not like going to IHOP. Recently the staff at this location have really stepped up their game and made the experience a wonderful one. Now I always want to start my day with a tasty breakfast at this place. The staff always make me laugh or smile while working hard to bring me food as fast as possible. Looking forward to the next time I get a breakfast craving. ☆☆☆☆☆!
