I went here with a group for a graduation celebration dinner. I thought the food was good, especially the cheese bites appetizer, or whatever it was. That was DELICIOUS! I also got the whiskey burger, but I personally didn't care for it much. I also had others in my party very much enjoy getting smoothies. I tasted a strawberry banana one, and despite it being too sweet for my taste, she loved it. I did think it was good, though. It just wouldn't be something I would order because of how sweet it was.

My Husband and I had Dinner and Desert here and we absolutely enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the service. Our server was very friendly and attentive to our requests. The prices were fair and we felt we got a lot for our money. This was our 1st time at Applebee's - the 1st of many more dinners to come!

Disappointing. They we’re out of the dressing of the salad I ordered. It was replaced with a different dressing, but I was never informed until It showed up at my table. Had I known they didn’t have that dressing, I would’ve changed my order. My mother ordered hot tea, and they gave her mint tea which she doesn’t like. She wasn’t asked what type she like. No one cleared our table.

We had a great experience! The service was phenomenal and the food was great. We arrived around 8:30 with a family of 13 and they were amazing and accommodating. We never once felt like an inconvenience. We will definitely be returning!

I used to go to our Chico AppleBees a lot. I went yesterday and was SO disappointed! It was filthy! Our waitress was ok, but never smiled. Food was not good and looked like it was only dropped onto a white plate. No garnish nothing. My rice tasted old and dry and reheated. I won’t be back. Just look at the table and blinds on the window!

We went for dinner this evening, May 23 after 7:30PM
at this location and had the most disgusting waitress named Jessica. First of all, she took our order while sniffling and wiping her nose in her shirt, claiming it was allergies. Allergies or not that is still disturbing and disgusting anytime and especially during a pandemic. As I was looking for a manager to get our waitress changed, I watched her in between other tables wipe her nose with her fingers and then go and wait on another table and wipe her nose again, while waiting on them. Needless to say we will not frequent this disease carrying Applebee’s ever again.

Horrible. Had to send 2 drinks back because there was no alcohol in them whatsoever. The waiter was nice, but obviously not trained well. Our food was cold, and obviously microwaved. I do not recommend coming here, worst Applebee’s I’ve ever been to.
