Little Caesars

This place is getting a little bit better. It is unfortunately, a very time consuming and room for error kind of place. I have been there four times and every time has been a horrible experience. They have handed my pie to others that have order after me. I have waited over an hr before. They get my order wrong almost every time. Just a complete problem. They never have pizza just hot a ready for you to just pick it up like they advertise. It's a shameful place to even call little Caesars.

Bad customer service. Called in an order for pickup, after a 20 min wait went to the store to pick it up and a girl came out from the back saw me and went back to talk after she finished her conversation, she came back to take my order. Got the order home and the pizza was cold. Called the store and some guy answered and had an attitude when I asked for a manager. Talked to manager about if the pizza was made to order or not. She said there was no reason for it to but cold. She did offer to replace the order on my next visit, but gave me no info on how to do that and just hung up the phone. Its a shame this company doesn't care about its customers experience instead of the customers bothering them while their at "work".

Ordered pizzas online. One was a Batman pizza. Went to pick up and waited a lot longer than the time said. There was a pizza in the portal the whole time I was waiting with another persons name on it and then after 15 mins it switched to my name. Mind you I ordered 3 pizzas and Italian cheese bread… I opened the 1 pizza that was in there which was the Batman pizza and where there should have been calzones on each side, all the cheese was burnt out of it and had turned dark brown and stuck to the box. I told them that’s not what that’s supposed to look like and was told I couldn’t get a refund and either could have that brunt pizza or wait another 25 mins for another one. Staff is horrible and we will never spend our money in that place ever again!!
