Cold meats only thing hot was the dip was the only hot thing. Curly fries over fried. The tables dirty n sticky and floors. The mat coming into the place was warped and a lady tripped on it. There was a sign saying caution but come on it needs replacing!!! It too seemed like it’s never been cleaned. None of the dispensers worked. Bathroom dirty. Won’t ever stop in there again.

In my opinion this is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. They don’t offer desserts that are clearly on the menu because they don’t want to make them and can’t even get your order correct. The girl working the window never said one word not even to confirm the price of my order. Is it that hard to apologize for not having the menu items I wanted and have a nice day when I leave? I will spend my money where I’m appreciated and it’s clearly not here!

They don't close until 10:30, however it was 10:05 and they never came to take our menu and just kept coming over to stare out the window at us. Inside lights and all was on.
Took our business to braums and will continue to do so.

Fast service, convenient location right off of the main road, and easy drive thru access. I always enjoy my food and the staff are friendly. Good atmosphere.

Ugh... The facilities were dirty. Dining room, counters, tables. I ordered the French dip. They forgot the gravy... This place needs a lot of adjustments starting with management. Not a place I'll be returning to any time soon.

The food as always was great but on the other hand who ever put the sandwich together looks like they did it with there eyes closed the cheese was more on the out side and my bun was folded in half and they wasn't even busy which is why they got 3 out of 5

FINALLY!!! a fast food restaurant that made a product with real heat just like they advertised. Thank you Arby's for not getting are hopes up on this one. I ordered the Diablo challenge with both sandwiches and they both are good, my preference is the brisket sandwiche. My large curly fry was a little disappointing because it was only filled half way. All in all great experience and good food.

I was just at Arbys and the lady at the drive through window was so rude and slammed the window in my husbands face 3 times, i understand its lunch time and busy, but you should take the time with your customer at the window.
