Gordono's

Went to lunch today here with a friend who is new to the area. Our server was very patient with the both of us, very happy that you were able to see a smile on his face even if the mask hid it. Right from the moment we walked in, there was a welcoming vibe. Very good customer service, very friendly, and the food was great as well! My friend and I very much enjoyed it! 10 out of 10 would definitely be back!!

Ordered a deep dish with green peppers (and other toppings) and they put green olives all over it instead. Imagine how different they would taste… it’s worse! $30 pizza, called for a refund and at first they tried to credit me for the peppers I didn’t get. Obviously I explained how me spending $30 on a useless pizza plus gas for the pick up wasn’t worth a $2 return. After some arguing, they finally went up to a $10 credit to their store, which I would honestly rather pay full price at a different Giordano’s. Edit: was able to speak with manager next day and he offered me a full refund plus the credit. Very helpful that he reached out to me to solve the situation.

Just getting my almost frozen pizza from my front stoop 😞. I wish drivers would not only rely on calling when leaving the food. I am grateful that they delivered early but I was doing dishes, not expecting my delivery yet, and missed the call from the driver. It would have been nice if the driver would have at tried the doorbell at least once to alert me that he was early and trying to deliver. I checked my phone at the expected time and saw the missed calls from 30 minutes earlier, then found my ruined pizza outside. What a waste of money and so not the treat that I was hoping my weekend pizza night would be 💔

We stopped here for their deep dish Chicago special. We have been to other Giordanos in Chicago as well as Indianapolis. Still the same great taste. It is a much much smaller restaurant, sit down in booths. Not like the downtown Chicago one or the Indy one, but it was still awesome. Waitress was super friendly. Great neighborhood too. Go visit them. They also deliver and have take out. We will return as family lives in this neighborhood and we can walk over easily.
