Reasonable prices. Food was on point. The staff that we had was good except for one time. Sometimes it's kind of tight on the inside.

The food was so delicious! We ordered to try the food. We got a queso fundido with chorizo and pepper, and it was delicious. Also, we ordered a plate to share with steak and rice, I believe they're called puntas al albañil . You have to try them ! 😋 and Javier the owner was spectacular! He treated us like kings and queens! And the servant Pedro he was awesome 👌!

We are visiting Chicago and decided to just drive around and pick a spot. We saw this cute Mexican place on a corner, looked up the reviews quick and decided to go. What a treat!! The service there is impeccable. We did not have to wait for a thing, also we didn’t need to ask for a thing as staff anticipated our needs and brought items right over (water, napkins, chips)!! The food was delicious, I shared a steak fajita with my 9 yr old and there was still food remaining after we were full. I do wish the fajitas came with lettuce and cheese…but I know that’s not traditional. They also have some traditional art there, which led to a discussion with my 9yr old of why there was art with exposed breasts (not sexual at all)…not a bad thing, just glad I had some knowledge on the subject or else I’m not sure what I would’ve said.
Overall we loved this place - family of 4. If we were local we’d definitely visit again. We made sure to let our server know how taken care of we felt, and how much we enjoyed our meals…he was very kind and humble about it.

Loved eating. The food was great. I ordered the chicken quesadillas. The side salad was amazing. The waitress was very patient & funny. The only thing we did not like was the rats we seen because we were sitting outside. The rats came over to where we were. But overall everything was great.

Found this pace by accident, and it didn't disappoint. We ordered the 16oz Don Julio Margarittas and should have ordered 32oz. They were perfect. The chips were just the right amount of saltiness. Both salsa has spice to them, so beware. We had the Mahi Mahi tacos. They were a little overdone but still flavorful and tasty. The beans and rice were a perfect portion that didn't take up half the plate. Perfect lunchtime location.

Although I didn't eat any food, only set at the bar for drinks. Great atmosphere! Bartending is amazing. Didn't have any problems with anything. Location is great as well. THEY MAKE GREAT DRINKS

Came here on mother's day and a few times before. My husband and I are so obsessed with the Cuban Quesadilla. I've also had the mahhi mahi tacos and love them. I got a huge delicious margarita, though it was a little light on the alcohol. Great overall experience though, especially when you sit on the patio on a beautiful day.

Great drinks! Also food quality is good. Employees/staff are very helpful and polite. It’s located in one the best neighborhoods in Chicago. I am taking one point off because I believe prices are a little bit high. All in all, I liked this place and recommend it to everyone.

Come here a few times and haven't been disappointed. Pricey but expected for the area. For authenticity, the food ranks pretty high for me and are portioned well. Margaritas are decently strong for what you pay but great for a weekend night. I definitely recommend for anyone who enjoys good mexican food.

I've been coming here for years and the food and service is always excellent. The jumbo margaritas are the size of a small child, so beware. My wife had the Caribbean Chicken, which was awesome and I had the Skirt steak with chimichuri, amazing. Give this place a try for great food and drinks
