I had myself a double ShackBurger served with fries and a can of Shackmeister Ale beer. That was a great service ever when I'm satisfied with Shake Shack who served burgers, fries, beer and wine. I can't wait to eat and drink there again.

Right off the Green Line and steps to so much in West Loop, it’s a great location.
This was my first time having Shake Shack and it was yummy. I was happy they have crinkle fries but I took a star off because I had to eat them cold. Was told if I sit outside my tray would be brought to me and after about 15 minutes I go inside to see it sitting in the counter waiting for me to pick it up. Even though the fries were warm-ish they were still tasty. Also I was bummed to find the mushroom burger is not vegan and can’t be made vegan because the cheese is inside.
Lemonade is refreshing, if come back just for that and some hot fries.

Shake Shack is always so delicious! But boy is it pricier than other fast food joints 😅 Sure, they use really nice ingredients, but it’s still fast food… I go very occasionally, but it’s always delicious. My go-to is the shack stack! Their cheese fries are also bomb 👍

Customer service was amazing. I chose to do remote ordering at the tablets, found a seat and waited for my text. One of the workers stopped, asked my name and brought my food out to me. He asked if I needed anything. I said no, but he noticed I didn't have a straw for my shake and grabbed me one. The food was pretty good too. As I'm writing this review he came back and took my garbage for me. So nice.

Sooooo let's start with the fries...frozen... whoomp! Get some fresh cuts fries please. Burger was well done even though I asked for medium. It was still good though. Service is what you expect. Greeted with a smile. Would I go back? Maybe 😏

Good burger, good fries, but the only let down is that i was hoping the hot ones burger would actually be spicy 😩 i ordered it after being told it was spicy, but like how dude gonna lie to me like that 🥲 good burger but flamin hots are hotter, just to put it in perspective 😭😭😭 all in all good food and friendly staff

The service was fast and not crowded at all. The double burger was pretty good but I like EPIC more BUT EPIC costs more. Also the bacon was only okay and not enough. One last thing was the young man at the counter could not answer my question of what can be placed on the burger and that was annoying as I grew up being taught that the correct answer was that I may not know but that I would find someone who does know.
